As an integrator experiencing explosive growth, we quickly outpaced our procedural capabilities. This created gaps in efficiency, pain points for project deliveries, and impacted our bottom line. We knew we needed to be doing something differently, but we didn't know where to start. The COHORT experience created a clear path towards operational improvement. It was one of the most impactful experiences of my professional career. Not only did the experience come with multiple 90-minute sessions to discuss and review each document, it came with several other SOP documents to help us set quality standards throughout every step of the process map. We are feeling the impact throughout every step of our business. Back office, sales, fulfillment... each have been impacted in different ways, and the impact can be traced directly back to the COHORT workshop. All in all, working with Jason, along with a hand-picked group of integrators, provided our company with a vision of good. We now have a clear understanding of the checks and balances required to move our company in the right direction.
