
I coach club volleyball, boys and girls, and this guide has simple, valuable exercises that I can incorporate into practices as well as have players do at home to improve their shoulder strength, speed and stability. I also plan to use it myself as I have rotator cuff injuries from years of playing at a fairly high level and now recreationally, and we all know the thousands of reps a coach puts in during practices!
