
The fitness planner is a great help especially if you have no idea where to start with training. It is not scary as some training plans can be, it’s simple in set out and it’s all doable! Great that it’s set out to cover the different levels so you could start at beginner level and allowing time, could train your way up towards the more advanced level. Great that it contains strength training and walking. It’s good!
