This was a very informative course in which there were realistic situations. I also appreciate that Kati mentioned that the negatives of people should not lead to judgement but should be addressed in a professional manner. We are all humans and hopefully are all looking to improve and grow. Being judgmental does not foster growth. Thanks for this course!
