What benefits do you gain from the community?

The small group size, the weekly meetings, the fact that we all know each other, the content and how you involve us each time by understanding our perspectives and takeaways- all contribute to the workshop nature in a small group setting.

I gradually understand more about the creative process. I'm not sure if I can label it this way, but I'll refer to it as neutrality—just observing things soberly, without drama, as they are. It calms me and my system. Through this, I am gradually beginning to take action.

What has changed positively?

I now know what I want, and I am feeling calmer. I understand the connections more and more, which allows me to see more clearly and look more soberly at things that scare me. My drama queen behavior is diminishing. This makes me trust myself more and life. That way, I get more and more into action and don't get stuck in my daydreaming. The frequency of tuning into the focus is increasing. It wasn't present before at all. My tiredness has reduced by about 3/4. I am no longer so endlessly exhausted.

What specific results have you achieved?

I started a podcast. Three years ago, I dreamed of it, believing others could do it, but certainly not me. I have completely cleaned up my living room, which had become a storage space over the years. It was a project I had been putting off for a long time. One important note on this: I didn't force myself to do it; it came naturally one evening. I started and finished it, keeping my goal in mind: a tidy and cozy living room. About two weeks ago, I decided that daydreaming was not getting me anywhere and that I needed to refocus on what I want to create in this life, in this reality.

Who would you recommend the community to?

You, if you want to encounter yourself. If you want to create your own path from within without reconditioning or changing any habits or compulsive behaviors. This training is the bridge to getting out of your head and into action.
