I was met with absolute love and acceptance by Olya, and felt instantly at ease within the group. Olya is a very gifted soul, who will care for you and allow you to flourish. Her intentions are pure and loving, and her guidance is soft and healing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Olya and the group in sunny Hamstead Heath, it's was a magical day full of journaling, sharing, mediation, breath work, giggles, singing and sharing nourishing food.
