Radia is legitimately one of the smartest and motivating people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. From the day you meet her you are forever one of her contacts. I would almost say you feel like friends because she is always engaged it’s you. Always reaching out and checking up on you. I honestly do not know when she sleeps. Because she is always there for everyone professionally. Such an inspiration not only to me but everyone that I know that has worked with her. I switched my career at 45 and reached out to her. She not only gave me advice years after we had worked together but also was amazingly supportive and encouraging. All I can say is if you ever have the chance to work with her, jump at the opportunity. You will not regret it.
