Before, I felt like defenders always knew where my hits were going. The Next-Gen Hitter program gave me simple tools to mix up my approach and shots. Now my teammates keep saying how much harder I am to read. It feels great to step on court knowing I can surprise the block at any moment.

What I really like about this approach is that you assume players already know a lot about volleyball. You weren’t starting from zero. You just added other parts of the game — the small details, variations, and decision-making — that made me a more complete and complex attacker. That’s exactly why I recommend this approach.
