Highly, highly, highly recommend George's coaching. I started this programme because I was overweight and the doctor told me I had high cholesterol. In the last 3 1/2 months I've lost over 12 kilos and become noticeably stronger across my whole body. I started by doing deadlifts and squats, and am now doing swings and cleans and press with ease. Haven't re-tested cholesterol yet but am sure it'll be lower. George is always responsive and available whenever I have questions, and he's kept me accountable throughout.
