
I was struggling with finding structured volleyball specific workouts and exercises to level up my game. This course helped me find the exercises I needed and gave me insight as to why they are important and how they will affect my game. The shoulder exercises were the best exercises I learned in this course and the best advise was to increase my mobility/flexibility to reach my full potential. I would fully recommend this course to others as the advise and teaching style mirrors my former coaches Dominik Zmuda and the late Vangelis Koutouleas who taught me everything I know. I will never know volleyball but I do know that this is the way and this course packages this knowledge very well.
