
The self-compassion unit really helped me realign how I was treating myself after my first months as a new nurse. Previous I was journaling all the things I was doing wrong every shift and then diving back in my books to recorrect my errors. I was exhausted at not being good enough. Your tips on self-compassion changed my approach, offered comfort to being new and gave me the emotional support that I really needed. My journaling soon reflected what I did right on that shift, rather than wrong.
