I have worked with Georgia previously and felt old habits were creeping back in so I reached out for help. The resources available have made me think more deeply about why I possibly gravitate towards food when emotions are difficult. Also being menopausal, shifts in weight can knock your confidence and I wanted to gain that back. Writing things down and reflecting on what I wanted was a huge help to me & still is. The changes I have noticed for me have been how I feel about my body and what is underneath these feelings of how I see myself, Georgia understands that it’s not really about the food itself, it’s about you and if you are willing to unpick this, that is when the magic happens. My advice would be, if you can try to understand how important you are and you want to get some confidence back in your life just reach out to her, honestly you will not be disappointed, what’s the worst that could happen …. Feeling better about yourself, I would say that’s a win!!! Being part of this community has been the best part because what you feel & think is more than likely the same as what most other menopausal women think to so your not on your own.
