Marie is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Manager/Advisor in the International Mobility domain. We benefited from her support as a part-time consultant for seven months in 2025, during the maternity leave of our Global IM leader. Marie quickly stepped into the role and, in a short period of time, was fully on top of the agenda: leading the team and processes, driving key topics with stakeholders, and ensuring that the services we provide to the business remained compliant, value-adding, and timely. We are very satisfied with her contributions and achievements throughout her mission with us. Among her key accomplishments were the review of IM Strategy & Policies, the set-up of new host countries (Qatar and South Africa), and the definition of our approach following changes to US immigration law. We would be very happy to work with her again in future opportunities.
