Recently I’ve taken on a new freelance sales role at a SaaS company called Zaplify and I was able to reach the top of the leaderboard just after a month, and got recognized on the community page of the company. 🥳 Former CEO and current Head of Growth of the company sent me an email and asked me how on earth I am managing to sign up so many people in such a short time and that he's never seen anyone else do that before 🤯. I told him that I look for people who can genuinely benefit from the product and instead of pitch slapping, I go with a relevant problem statement. Just scheduled 2 more demos this morning giving me 12 demos this week (Hopefully more to be scheduled today and tomorrow as well). Thats 2x what I did last week and 4x the week before. I just did the Setting and Achieving Goals course and wanted to share a few thoughts on goal setting. Last week I used the lessons from this community to set much more specific goals. I have found that when you clearly define your goals and measure output you achieve far beyond what you think you can. I made a goal to do 10 demos, I did 12. I made a goal to make 100 phone calls, I did 165. I made a goal to get 1 close, I got a close.
