I reached out to Coach Ted after starting my own process, so I had a good sense of what to do. I needed better accountability and guidance, and that's what I got. I dropped about 20 pounds of fat and gained about 10 pounds of muscle, slow and steady, over the coaching period. Very happy with the help and the process.

At 56 years old, things are different than they were at 35 or 45. Weight loss and fitness are more challenging and require more work, much more. It was a home video that really woke me up. It was like someone had inflated me, and I was disgusted by what I saw. I tried the solitary method of trying to get myself into the gym, eating better. It worked maybe 10 percent of the time and the weight was increasing along with some depression at the lack of change. I happened to be with some friends talking about the subject and Coach Ted came up. My friend is in great shape, runs routine triathlons and marathons. I thought, why would you possibly need a health coach? Diet, accountability, positivity, and motivation were the reasons. So I signed up. And I am finally on the path I want and need. Weight is coming off (1/2 way to my goal), I'm eating better and am in better shape than I have been in years. No regrets.

I was working out like crazy but my body wasn't changing. Turns out I wasn't eating enough. I followed Coach Ted's plan and my results speak for themselves. I'm stronger, leaner, and feel amazing with my shirt off.

Ted is knowlegeable and informative, he offers gentle and kind support and direction. I particularly enjoyed the 1:1 check ins as it was a great opportunity to experience his services in person. He's a great guy!

I was trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time which i understand can be a little difficult. Ted helped me learn how to eat properly to fuel my body and give it what it needs to get the most out of my workouts. Before working with Ted i was super active but severely under eating. My workouts were not giving me the results I was looking for and my nutrition was the reason why. in 3 months I lost 12 LBs while building muscle and I can feel the difference in my day to day / workouts.
Ted was very patient and personable. Always there when I had any questions. Before Ted I has just recently started tracking macros but was doing it all wrong.

After gaining weight during the pandemic, I started working with Ted to try to reset my fitness and nutrition goals. After a year of failing to lose weight on my own, after I started working with Ted, the weight started coming off consistently with just a few tweaks to my eating, workout habits, and macro tracking. I have been able to lose 40 pounds this year! The best part is that I’ve been able to build up a strong intuition of how weight loss works, and how to achieve my goals without feeling hungry, or depriving myself of foods I like.

Ted helped me lose body fat while still eating the foods I love. Prior to my coaching I was afraid to eat several foods and felt very restricted yet I still couldn’t get rid of the body fat I wanted to lose. Now I feel like I am eating normal while still not putting on fat. I actually enjoy eating again.

So first of all, I lost 19.5 pounds in 12 weeks and 4 inches off my ribs/natural waist! All of my other measurements went down as well, and though it was quite (very!) challenging in the beginning, having Coach Ted in my corner was key to keeping me motivated. It's easy to see how much he genuinely cares about his clients, it comes through in all of the weekly feedbacks and how he makes himself so available for encouragement and advice. Looking back, I can see how the changes I have made weren't anything dramatic, and definitely not unconventional, but I really couldn't have made that initial transition without the help of Coach Ted. I look forward to many more milestones, and getting some more coaching in a month or two, but I feel that my relationship with food, and with myself as well, has so thoroughly changed for the better that I no longer need the coaching in the same way, I just look forward to sharing my progress and the achievement of my goals with the person who was essential to my success, Coach Ted.

Ted really helped me make sense of my nutritional plan. Keeping track of my macros was key to me losing body fat! His advice on various protein options (including collagen) really helped me meet my daily protein macros! Ted was super friendly and not judgmental at all when I had missteps (by no fault of his). Ted has given me the knowledge and skills needed to reach my goals! Now it is up to me to continue applying them consistently. Thanks Ted!

My main goal was to lose 15 lbs and jumpstart my exercise routine. I have reached my goal! Ted's response time is almost immediate. Whenever I needed an extra push, he would text me every day. The best thing about my experience is learning about macros and the accountability that comes with the program.
