My name is Gavin Michael Harris and I had dequervains tendonitis in my left wrist when I started 1 HP’s Troubleshooter program. Elliot Smithson was a major help, he was able to diagnose the problem and provided me with the program and clear instructions on how to use it. The tendonitis came about as I was in a show as a musician. I play guitar and it became very painful to play throughout the show’s run. It also prevented me from doing other activities that I loved doing like basketball and volleyball. As I started doing the exercises, I found it easier to play with much less pain. Now, I rarely think about my wrist pain and keep up with the exercise to help prevent future injuries. The best thing about 1HP is there clear instruction and the proven formula that helped me to keep up with the exercises even when it didn’t feel like my wrist was improving. I am very happy to report that I feel very confident using my wrist for playing guitar and all the other activities I’ve missed.

Between lots of gaming and piano playing, I developed tendonitis in both wrists. I got put on leave at work when I began struggling to grip the things I needed to use to do my job. My wrists hurt so bad I could hardly tie my shoes, let alone game. After being put on leave, I began bracing and resting my wrists like my doctor told me to. After 2 weeks, my wrists not only hurt even worse than before, but they were now very immobile, so I decided to start seeing a local hand therapist. He helped me get some mobility back, but after a month of work, my wrist pain and function wasn't really getting much better. I still couldn't work, game, or play piano, and I was beginning to feel pretty hopeless 6 weeks after being placed on leave from work. While browsing Reddit, looking for answers on how to fix my persistent wrist pain, I came across posts from the 1-HP team. Long story short, I got the Wrist Pain Troubleshooter and ran it for every area of pain I was having. Within 1 week I was gaming again. Within 2 weeks my nerve pain and numbness was mostly resolved. By week 3 I could start reintroducing piano playing, and now, at week 4, I can do a 50 pull up workout and am cleared to go back to work again. I still have a bit to go to get back to 100%, but its been night and day difference over the course of 4 weeks. MASSIVE thanks to the 1-HP team. Before I found you guys I was starting to feel like my hands were going to be out of commission for a long time, but your system works!

this is just some of the stuff I bought over the last couple of years to get rid of wrist, shoulder, and finger pain. Been working with the AI wrist troubleshooter for about 5 weeks now and don't feel the need to keep this pile of braces and stuff. Going to happily give away or throw away most of it! I'll be honest, I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I do spend more than enough time at my desk and play Counter-strike 2 a few hours per week. Doing the 1HP exercises and stretches, as well as just taking their posture advice has reduced my pain and discomfort significantly. You don't need to be a pro gamer to take good advice from people who understand what really causes pain that can extend into other parts of your life.

I'm an actor and writer who's been suffering from thumb pain for 3 years and finger pain for 2. I’m AJ. I’m working on wrist pain, forearm pain, and cubical tunnel irritation. I worked with doctor Hwu. Dr Hwu helped me address my pain with an exercise routine that helped me over come all my pain. Hi, I'm Anon. I recently recovered from RSI in both of my arms and hands. Before I started coaching with 1HP, I went to multiple doctors to try and fix my issue. I received random diagnoses and advice that didn't help. I was told to rest, brace, and use pain killers but none of these "solutions" led to any progress. After seeing no progress working with my doctors, I started doing research myself and found 1HP. I started working with Dr. Hwu and immediately knew that I was in the right hands. He explained my problem and had confidence that I could make a full recovery. I started performing endurance exercises, stretches, and nerve glides. Over time, I was able to return to work with no restrictions. The most important thing I learned from my experience with 1HP is that endurance training is essential for overcoming RSI. There are other things that can help, but if you aren't doing the correct endurance exercises, your body won't be able to handle the demands placed on it. Overall, I'm beyond grateful for my experience with 1HP and would recommend them to anyone facing hand, wrist, or arm pain.

For years, I had been dealing with pain in my hands (between the middle and ring fingers and going up the finger) as well as in my shoulders. I experienced pain, tingling, and a lack of mobility. The approach was completely different from what I’d experienced with other doctors and therapists. I'm Swerl, Professional Valorant player for VCT CN (NOVA ESPORTS) I worked with Dr.Hwu, to treat pain in wrist, elbow and thumb. I started working with 1HP April 2nd 2024, my injuries had progressed pretty badly therefore the healing journey was longer, but within a month or two id have days without any pain. I followed a strict healing plan even after i had stopped seeing Dr. Hwu and the pain lingered or changed over time, however Dr. Hwu was readily available and always keen to help me out whenever he could. Now exactly 4 months since I started seeing Dr. Hwu, adapting my healing routine and following his guidance im completely pain free. Ive been able to reach my goals of participating in team practice for the whole day and being able to put in extra work after hand. The best thing about 1HP is the fact that they are there for you, any questions any random issues, DR. Hwu would always respond within a day or two.

They provided me a few exercises and stretches that only take 10 minutes to do at night and will keep me gaming for the rest of my life!

I’m AJ. I’m working on wrist pain, forearm pain, and cubical tunnel irritation. I worked with doctor Hwu. Dr Hwu helped me address my pain with an exercise routine that helped me over come all my pain. The best thing about 1hp is that they look into your entire set up and addressed areas that I overlooked on what causes the pain. They also gave me the tools to handle address my issues if it happens again.

Hi, I'm Anon. I recently recovered from RSI in both of my arms and hands. Before I started coaching with 1HP, I went to multiple doctors to try and fix my issue. I received random diagnoses and advice that didn't help. I was told to rest, brace, and use pain killers but none of these "solutions" led to any progress. After seeing no progress working with my doctors, I started doing research myself and found 1HP. I started working with Dr. Hwu and immediately knew that I was in the right hands. He explained my problem and had confidence that I could make a full recovery. I started performing endurance exercises, stretches, and nerve glides. Over time, I was able to return to work with no restrictions. The most important thing I learned from my experience with 1HP is that endurance training is essential for overcoming RSI. There are other things that can help, but if you aren't doing the correct endurance exercises, your body won't be able to handle the demands placed on it. Overall, I'm beyond grateful for my experience with 1HP and would recommend them to anyone facing hand, wrist, or arm pain.

My name is Urban. I'm a programmer and an amateur violinist. For years, I had been dealing with pain in my hands (between the middle and ring fingers and going up the finger) as well as in my shoulders. I experienced pain, tingling, and a lack of mobility. I had to be increasingly careful with how much time I spent on the computer and how much I practiced violin. Dr. Hwu worked with me for about 10 weeks. The approach was completely different from what I’d experienced with other doctors and therapists. He asked more specific questions, was much more invested in the process, and made sure I clearly understood his diagnosis and the reasoning behind the treatment. After consistently doing the exercises twice a day and adjusting the difficulty as needed, the flare-ups have become much rarer and above all almost unobstructive. I expect things to continue improving, as they have been, as long as I stick with the routine. I'm very grateful to have found 1hp!

I'm Swerl, Professional Valorant player for VCT CN (NOVA ESPORTS) I worked with Dr.Hwu, to treat pain in wrist, elbow and thumb. I started working with 1HP April 2nd 2024, my injuries had progressed pretty badly therefore the healing journey was longer, but within a month or two id have days without any pain. I followed a strict healing plan even after i had stopped seeing Dr. Hwu and the pain lingered or changed over time, however Dr. Hwu was readily available and always keen to help me out whenever he could. Now exactly 4 months since I started seeing Dr. Hwu, adapting my healing routine and following his guidance im completely pain free. Ive been able to reach my goals of participating in team practice for the whole day and being able to put in extra work after hand. The best thing about 1HP is the fact that they are there for you, any questions any random issues, DR. Hwu would always respond within a day or two.
