Completing the 21-day detox reset was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. This is my 2nd 21 Day Reset DETOX. I highly suggest reading my first testimonial experience (Completed during 2020 Covid/Quarantine) along with this one so you can gather as much information as needed before you decide to make this life altering decision – for the better. WEEK 1: This round I felt like I was more prepared but quickly realized that my dependence on caffeine was concerning & it hit me hard the first week. It took about 3 days into the 21 Day Reset that my body started showing flu like symptoms (purging out toxins) & headaches due to my unhealthy sugar & caffeine addictions. I also realized how dehydrated I was too. Thankfully Al provides a variety of amazing green & fruit smoothies in his Action Plan. By Day 5 I started coming back to life, without caffeine & sugar. I also slept a lot better at night after months (finally!). In order to help my energy drops, I used his Shilajit Elixirs (bonus supplement in the program) to ensure my body was getting all 85 essential nutrients to carry me through this Journey. The 21 Day Reset is the real deal – you have to be ready mind/body/soul to complete it. Remember - Detoxification is a challenging yet rewarding experience. You are doing this for YOU. WEEK 2: I had dropped 4lbs & 2 inches. I also had to travel out of State for 5 days, so I had to meal prep ahead of time! (Side note: Bring your own blender with you traveling if you can!). It was hard being around family who were eating everything! I was able to sustain myself with raw mixed nuts too which helped the hunger cravings. I noticed I was still sleeping a lot. Ultimately I knew my body needed it as I continued to purge out toxins. This was my 4th time doing the program and the results are consistent everytime, but learn more about the foods we eat good and toxic. During the 21 days I begin to sleep better, wake up in the morning feeling less tired and more alert. My mind becomes sharper and clear of the fog that had been weighing me down. I lost 9lbs during the reset and inches off my waist, thighs, arms and hips. My joint pain was completely gone and that was a big deal for me as I have mild to moderate osteoarthritis in the hips. I enjoy trying new foods in different ways...like the salad dressing recipes are amazing and will be making them often. I did the 21DR because it makes you feel amazing! This was my 2nd time doing it and I can’t stress to you how much it has changed my life! It is a challenge, but so fucken rewarding to accomplish! I used to be on 6 blood pressure pills, I now take 1. I used to be 240 pounds, I’m now 170. I used to take sleeping pills a few days a week, I may take one once a month if even that, now. On this 21DR I lost 12 pounds which was amazing for me. I recommend this program to everyone, challenge yourself and do it!!!!! Al is absolutely the best and so knowledgeable about this. He is the king! I can’t wait for the next round!

Before starting the 21DR, I was feeling sluggish, Tired, and my allergies were starting to get to me (due to all the dairy products) Week 1: First 3 - 5 days required solid discipline. I was tempted to eat meat and/or cheat with something I was 'familiar' with eating (cheese, chips,etc) . It helped to have the My Fit Life group to discuss symptoms and feelings (emotional / physical / spiritual). After Day 5, I found that I was more energetic, focused, my dreams were very lucid and I even wrote some of them down when I woke up. I realized that in taking care of my BODY, this beautiful vessel given to me in this lifetime, that I open up the doorway to invisible truth's that I was blocking due to my overeating, or 'unconscious' eating. My Fit Life = Living a Conscious Lifestyle / Truth Week 2: I had already dropped 5-6lbs and my gym workouts were more efficient. I was enjoying myself vs. being tired and trying to just get it over with. In past detox's I would always be hungry, but My Fit Life’s meal plan allowed for me to have plenty to eat, snack on, and NOT FEEL GUILTY at the end of the day. Week 3: I dropped 4 more pounds, and my state of consciousness/awareness allowed for my artwork to peak into a new level and also allowed me to work in perfect unison with my mind/ego/thoughts. We are in a very interesting and historic time... we ALL need to be taking care of ourselves on the highest levels as possible so we can combat anything that does not serve our higher purpose. Hi! My name is Beth and I currently did the 21DR and had amazing results! I’m just a normal person who has followed Al for years and just didn’t have the courage to do it. 


Before I started the 21DR I was sluggish, slept awful and took 6 blood pressure pills and 1 cholesterol pilll not to mention sleeping pills every so often. I


 started the 21DR challenge and to be honest for me it was totally awesome! There were struggles but the way Al lays everything out and if I ever had questions he was ALWAYS there for me so I didn’t struggle too bad after I knew what I was going through was normal!

I Was Able to Come Off My Blood Pressure Medicine!

Before the 21 day reset challenge started I knew I needed to eat healthier. I have never thought much about what foods I was eating. Just basically tried to eat healthy and make good food choices, but never holding myself accountable to that.


The program changed my mindset on how I think about food, and that has never happened before. Just by following the guidelines and actually sticking with it the entire 21 days, I was able to come off of blood pressure medicine I have been on for the last 2 years! 


The program was not hard since I was doing it with my husband, and we were able to keep each other in a positive state. During the program we didn't necessarily enjoy the foods all the time, and we definitely missed certain foods, but we were able to make it each day relatively easily. So it was a challenge; but a completely attainable challenge. 


We have tried many eating and exercise programs with some limited benefit, but have never been able to put it all together before as we did with the 21 Day Reset. 


The weekly meetings were a huge help; being able to hear other people’s experiences and ask questions when needed. Al has a fantastic ability as a teacher to explain the full picture, in order to help motivate and understand the desired results of the program. 


I highly recommend working with this program. Al absolutely reflects what he teaches and it will be an investment in anyone's future with benefits for the rest of their lives.
