Just wanted to say thank you again for the amazing class. It was the best leadership class I’ve attended. Funny enough, it didn’t fully hit home until late on day two, and by day three, everything came full circle for me. I’ve shared some of the class content with my colleagues and encouraged them to take it when it rolls back around. For 22 years, I was a tobacco user—snuff—and I’m sure you saw me reaching for that spit cup in class. My family had been encouraging me to quit, and I was at the point where I wanted to but didn’t think I could. On day two, the discussion around “thoughts and beliefs” really resonated with me. For 22 years, I thought I enjoyed chewing and had no intention of quitting. But by day three, when we discussed “affirmations,” everything clicked. When I left class that day, I felt invincible. I’ve been tobacco-free for two weeks now, and I’m confident I’ll stay that way going forward.

The art of bypassing the brain’s filter mechanism by using stories and quotes. This will be invaluable in helping to connect the team to the Proskauer vision and to help them to understand the tasks and how to focus on the high payoff activities. This course has already made a huge impact on me and I am excited to use the knowledge I have learned in both a professional and personal capacity.
