Jay is a ROCK STAR!!! She was patient enough to call me back at our shop's convenience to set up our new credit card processing machine. She was prompt, professional and personable. After we were done with the setup, she told me that I could destroy the old machine since it's reached the end of its life. After we discussed options for killing it, I can't wait to take a sledgehammer to it and send Jay the video!!!

This review is more on Jay on the support team, we had just signed up with consumer financing and had our first customer use it. We were having an issue charging the amount to the customers approved credit, the vehicle was done and they were needing to pick up the vehicle. I called in once to find out what I needed to do, the support team member tried to help and walked me through some troubleshooting steps, this did not work. The support member said he would have to send this to there support team and wait for an answer. He could not tell me when they might be able to get back with me. In the meantime, our customer called and told me they were on their way to pick up vehicle, I called back to 360 and got Jay, told her the predicament I was in. She jumped right into action, found the issue, created a solution, I was able to get the charge made as the customer was walking in our front door. Thank you Jay!!

I LOVE 360 payments. The integration between our Napa software and 360 makes our life so much easier. The fact that I can call and talk with an English speaking person is wonderful too.
