Taylor has absolutely loved being in the Academy. I think what we really found amazing was if there was a part of his game he struggled on that weekend, we could go and find drills that would directly improve that part of his game. Best money we’ve spent on his development

The Academy has given me the confidence to coach in a second sport. It provides the individual and team with an in depth breakdown of the skills they need to play and put a plan in place for them to improve each skill.

I’ve been working with Ben and The RT Academy for over four years, and in that time, my game has completely transformed. Many people have commented on my skill set, but the real credit goes to Ben’s coaching and the quality of his training content. Since training with Ben, I’ve been offered scholarships from several schools, made it into the Midlands West DPP, and earned a spot in the Gloucester Rugby Foundation Academy. I’ve also had the honor of being selected to play for Worcestershire. None of this would have been possible without Ben’s guidance and expertise. His coaching has been instrumental in my development, and I can’t recommend The Academy highly enough!

Fantastic resource, both my son's actively use, be it following a structured training plan which gives them focus and help hone their skills, taking part in the academies challanges which brings a fun yet competitive element and weekly video analysis from Ben which helps and gives them that personal Interaction. Ben not only offers feedback he also challenges on how to improve. This isn't a generic academy it's a personal experience each person will find different. I also use it when I need ideas for when I'm coaching, some times as a coach you need to try something new or ask other coaches and the community for ideas and advice. The RT academy does this. Highly recommend

An absolutely brilliant platform which is easy to use and my son absolutely loves getting stuck in to all it has to offer. He is currently following the passing and rucking programme and you can already tell his technique and skill has improved massively. Lastly the personal touch of giving individual feedback on recorded sessions is brilliant and really encourages my son to improve and work on the points that are raised. Thank you!

Fantastic programme that took my son from nervous, non tackling to playing for Schoolboys in less than a year. Really well laid out, clear and concise and ideal for both parents who know the game and those who don't. Can't recommend it enough!!

The Academy has given me greater insight into my coaching as an U12s coach as well as helping my son in the garden with his skills. It also is very good in giving great and constructive feedback. Best coaching program out there and much better than spending hours trawling through youtube.

We have been members of the Rugby Trainer Academy for six months and I’ve been really impressed with this unique coaching approach. I’m an U12s rugby coach and also have two boys in the team. As a coach I love the video libraries of the skills with detailed coaching points and different angles. I’m able to use these skills at home and take them onto the pitch into my coaching sessions. Theresa skills are easy to understand and easy to implement. This would be impossible to achieve in written text. The weekly zoom coaching sessions are really engaging and both my boys love them. They are very different to normal rugby training sessions as they focus on individual key skills, which are always delivered at a fast pace with loads of enthusiasm and with lots of instant personalised feedback. The time flies by and Ben is able to cover so much. My favourite part of the RT Academy is the video feedback - each week I submit two 5 min video clips of my boys’ matches or skills training and Ben reviews the videos and provides amazing positive and constructive feedback in a supportive way. As a coach, I often watch videos of games back but Ben is able to spot details that I wouldn’t see and then provides feedback on skills or techniques to improve. The way that Ben delivers this feedback really motivates my boys and has made a massive difference to their game. I would highly recommend the RT Academy for both players and coaches of teams for U9 upwards.

Joined 4 weeks go and in that time I have seen a big difference in my lads confidence and skills and he has also noticed it himself when passing the ball around in garden. He always looks forward to the feed back. He has noticed how important it is to work on the little things. The program is great for finding other drills to do when he wants to stay out and do extras.

Since enrolling my child in The RT Academy I have seen a remarkable transformation in his confidence levels.

He used to hesitate and doubt his abilities, but now he steps up with a newfound self-assurance and focus. Ben has a unique way of breaking down skills and encouraging him to push his limits, which has not only improved his technique but has also made him believe in himself. Jake has improved his tackling technique so much in the short time we’ve been using the rugby trainer. Ben is so helpful to working on even the smallest details that make such a difference. The Academy has been amazing and helped Tamzin so much. We signed her up after a pretty bad knock to her confidence and it was the best decision we could have made. The structured, varied skills training has so many options to delve into to and there's training for every aspect of rugby training. The weekly feedback was definitely a game changer. The positive, constructive encouragement provided by Ben made such a difference to both Tamzins confidence and her skill level. We have so much respect for the academy and thoroughly recommend it to everyone thinking of signing up.

Azzie has been part of the Rugby Skills Academy since last March, where Ben John has been his dedicated coach and mentor. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, Azzie’s skills as a player have improved significantly. He particularly enjoys the sessions with Ben, and we make sure to send him videos of Azzie’s progress every week. Azzie has recently moved on to the elite program and has been loving every moment of it, with Ben being an exceptional mentor throughout. Under Ben's tutelage, Azzie has been able to excel and exceed his goals. He has had the honor of being the school captain for the rugby festival, as well as the captain of his rugby team. Additionally, after rigorous trials last September, he was selected for the North East Wales U11 team, even playing a year up. The relationship Azzie has built with Ben is nothing short of fantastic. He is a brilliant role model, Azzie is constantly learning new techniques and skills from him. We are grateful for his mentorship and the opportunities he has provided Azzie to grow and succeed in the sport.

As a family we are in amazement at the improvements made by Logan regarding his tackle confidence and how this has developed in such a short space of time. The weekly video analysis sessions are invaluable. We load your feedback onto his tablet and use this as part of his game preparation where he views each weeks feedback to get the visualisation of the tackle technique prior to attending his games. I can honestly say his tackle confidence has greatly improved within the 5 weeks in the Academy. He is now no longer scared of larger players running at him and he has a better understanding of how to use his legs to power through the tackle. Tackling was a big asset from him today during his recent games. We cannot wait to see where his Academy journey takes him.
