This is a top-notch program that brings together brokers across the country to solve similar problems. Jenn, you do such a great job of leading our meetings with real-life examples and experiences. It’s helped me grow and develop in so many ways, including gaining perspective, managing my calendar, and asking whether we’re making ourselves busy. The Academy provides the tools to be a better AE.

Jenn taught us to think about our roles and clients differently and I practice what I have learned daily. The course has live sessions which I found extremely helpful but my favorite was Jenn's 1:1 opportunities. It was awesome having access to a career coach. When situations with clients or coworkers come up, which they always do, I find myself thinking about the tools Jenn coached us on so I can better navigate my response and find a solution. The tools I've learned even help in my personal life as well! I use the phrase "Something I learned in the AE Academy" all the time. I recommend this course to anyone who is an account manager, regardless of how long they have been in the role. I am very thankful that Hylant sponsored me for the AE Academy.
