Adams Air came to our location and gave the lubrication technicians a brief filtration class. Adams Air was able to answer all the questions we asked and even left us a sample filter to try in our system.

I was struggling to implement a barcode scanning system to help with inventory management until Nick came down to our plant and gave us a demo on how easy setting up and using a Dataman 280 was. Him and Jeff went out of there way to not only give us a demo, but do so on our packaging line to do a mock trial of how this scanner could and would work best for us! We acquired our own Dataman scanner and have had great success in using it! They have also been a great resource for vision related questions when needed; I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a company that takes pride in their products and their skills.

Getting hands on 'play time' with a UR was awesome. Lots of simple questions we had were easily understood while poking around the control.

The best thing about my experience with Adams is the quick response to the issues I've come across during this project. We chose not to use a integrator on our first COBOT project, so there has been a huge learning curve, especially with all the different vendors. I found that when I reached out to an Adams associate, my questions or issues would be addressed in a timely manner. I am still working on a few items but I know that I will get support when I reach out to the Adams team.
