It's so easy friendly to use! Always helps me remember all my buyers, plus helpful with feedback comments. I also use Agent box to add prospect buyers for similar properties coming to the market. I send buyers the link as soon it's ready. This has got me few listings just from being super efficient. Agent box has worked great for our team. Especially on developments. We are able to view previous notes about our clients helping us to close the deal.

Agentbox has streamlined our teams ability to work with buyers and provide detailed information to vendors. All enquiries are captured from a broad range of websites and listed succinctly in the prospective vendors tab. We are able to easily track listing and prospective listings through the pipeline function and organise appointments and followup tasks with ease.

I find Agentbox really easy to navigate. I especially like the pipeline and find this a really easy way of seeing at a glance the status of all properties. The other function I like is the microphone with the prompts about upcoming webinars - I don't always enrol but I always look at the course on offer.

I have been working in the Real Estate industry for over 16 years in a Sales Administration/PA role and during that time I have used a number of CRM programs. I have always found Agentbox to be my favourite one as it is so user friendly. I love how easy it is to enter information and how easy it is to create various lists and reports when required. I could rattle off a long list of reasons why I love Agentbox but the review would be far too long. We love sending out the bulk E Newsletter/New Listing to all our registered buyers who have missed out on a property when a similar listing is coming on the market. This has resulted in some properties being sold before hitting the internet or not long after. Highly recommended.

Agentbox has easily been the best CRM that I have used. It is easy to use, app is excellent to take buyer details at opens, has great help videos, support is exceptional when you email them and the trust module is also very easy to use. I am highly impressed with Agentbox and would not use any other CRM.

I love using Agentbox because it never lets me down. Stable and easy to use but still does everything we need. Since the introduction of the mobile app it actually does even more. It's so efficient for making calls or making use of unexpected downtime. Bulk mailing is also handled brilliantly with agentbox. The help and support section is brilliant too. I recently put on another staff member and she was up to speed in no time.

Great CRM, everything is logged, easy to use, fast response from assistant team & loads of webinars/go to quick tips and tricks if you are stuck on anything. Wouldn't use any other software after using AB.

As a very small agency we questioned whether such an investment would be in our best interests having coped well with a manual system throughout our businesses infancy. Being able to select the components best suited to us allowed us to not only present to our clients on a much more professional level, it also allowed us to organise and consolidate our data enabling better processes and systems to be put in place. It has been a crucial contributing factor to the continued growth and success of our business. The support systems in place made it an easy transition.

Agent Box has it all, from the widest suite for managing your clients and records, ease of use and continuous and responsive back-up support. My only regret is that we didn't adopt Agent Box much earlier in our business and now I cannot imagine operating without it.

I find using Agentbox is so easy from putting in contact to leasing approvals. I like to dashboard so you can see where things are up to in our office.

Upon learning that we were to have a completely new marketing/listing program I was completely horrified - 25 years of real estate experience was to be wiped off with new IT installed. I understood that HELP was available and I used it (initially) daily. I cannot speak too highly of the support and calm instructions from your support group (particularly Nicole, who understood my inability to grasp some points quickly) - I encouraged other offices to take up the support. I am now comfortably proficient with the system and find the logic and sequence time saving. As a satellite office of Ballarat, the ability for two offices to access and organise a new listing minimises telephone and email time.

AgentBox is such a breeze to use. I love how efficient it is in creating property appraisals, turning said appraisals into listings, putting the properties up in the market, and processing sales. Everything is laid out step-by-step, and even those who have not had training with this CRM will find it easy and convenient to use. AgentBox has definitely been our partner for years in listing and selling properties online, and I- as a sales representative in charge of processing our agents' property listings and sales- could honestly not see myself using any other CRM.

Agentbox is a very convenient and functional website to use. It truly benefits the agency as it hold all the relevant and important information all within one space for all staff to access. It isn't to complicated to use and highly use the Help & Support function if I'm unsure of how to do something - The instructions and steps are easy to follow and my issue gets resolve 100% of the time.
