From the very first time I listened to a few of the attunements on AHA, I knew that these were potent. I have been walking a personal path to self growth and Ascension for about 30 years and when I was first invited into the AHA platform I was feeling so frazzled, out of sorts, and not like myself at all. Being a happy person most of my life with a positive disposition had been where I felt comfortable. Seemingly without reason, I was experiencing intense sadness, and grief for days on end and not knowing what to do about it or where it was coming from. She suggested attunements for grounding, clearing, and one for calling my energy back and releasing male guilt. Like magic I felt clear, grounded, and then noticed that the sadness had left as well. Over the last three months working with Kristen, my understanding of my body's nervous system has expanded and how I relate to my emotions have become forefront in my daily life. These attunements are helping me so much in actually processing these emotions very quickly, often times dissolving these intense feelings that weren't mine in the first place immediately. I now notice when I feel out of balance quickly, not only that, but I have the tools to get my body back into a place where it is so much more regulated. I’ve practiced this and within hours had my phone ring with my family member reaching out in a new and loving way. I’ve been able to learn to sit back and not try to control situations with worry or anxiety. I know that I can attract the negative if I obsess over it (thank you practice for getting me out of jury duty for a week!) Her personalized teachings have helped me trust my intuition on such a deep level that with each week I feel more at peace and anxiety isn’t a personality trait that I feel like I’ll carry with me now. Female grounding has such an automatic daily effect on my life. I enjoy seeing in real time the effect it can have on my life. I can female ground within seconds- while driving, talking, before picking up the phone for a call- and instantaneously feel (and see) the impact. Learning to sit in my true and original energy has felt so powerful and brings a calm frequency to every thing I do in life. This was a practice that felt like finding a new room in a house you’ve been living in. Sometimes we can spend so much time focusing on shadow work and ~~our triggers~~ what lights us up that it’s difficult to see how our past accomplishments and our dreams/desires/fantasies could also be blocking us. Where I could use some guidance is, how do practices like manifestations or vision boards fit in with this practice? Or do they eventually get in the way if not cleared? Day 2 of inbox candy on longing feels like a possible starting point. I feel like I understand it in theory but am tripping myself up when trying to approach it in on a practical everyday level.

This class was so eye-opening and mind-blowing! My aura feels so much lighter after exploding my fantasy pictures. Opening to wonders will become one of my favs too 🥰🩷

I am in gratitude for your creative and generous energy.
