Not sure if I let you know – but I built a GPT for our business off the back of your training – we’ve been testing it with a few team members and getting it right, and recently released to our whole company (about 150 people using it) and it’s a huge hit! I called her “Sally” and the team talks about her like she is a member of the team “Go and ask Sally”, “Have you checked with Sally” 😊 A huge win for getting the language and tone of voice right, and even simple things like building property copy that is the right length and format.
