I booked for a few sessions to deal with anticipation anxiety due to a debilitating disease and I spoke to Andrew concerning about it. I came to Alex with a specific request, but I had no idea what to expect from the session since I had never experienced hypnosis before. During the session, I vividly saw the origins of some of my specific emotions, and they did not belong to my childhood.
