Ali was so knowledgeable about resort options (in several different locations) and helped us find the resort that fit us best for an anniversary trip. She set up ALL the details for us, kept us within our planned budget, and made an organized travel itinerary for us - all we had to do was pack our bags! Ali gave us the vacation of our dreams, and we will definitely use her expertise again for an stress-free experience. Cannot recommend her services enough, she made it all a breeze!

Ali at Picture This Travel did a great job recommending places to stay and things to do at each of our destinations in Italy. She had several tips for us as we navigated around. She took time to get to know our preferences and tried to keep us within our budget.

The resort was close to the airport which was a nice quick car ride away. We had the “elite club” status which gave us exclusive access to a pool and certain restaurants. The beach front was beautiful and our the service was great. We would highly recommend for anyone to stay at this resort. Ali our travel agent did a fantastic job!
