It's great to see an Australian company so knowledgeable on bitcoin and providing such a fantastic app. I have set up my two daughters on a DCA recurring buy for their future (via the Amber app) and the process was very smooth. The customer service has also been outstanding to date. I would encourage people to study monetary history and the issues with the fiat money system, and why bitcoin is the best savings technology ever created. It takes some time and effort to do so, but it is well worth it for your future self. Amber's knowledge section has great explainers on why people should look at bitcoin and bitcoin only. Sadly the fiat money supply has been increasing at over 7% per year since the Nixon shock in 1971. This money printing is silently robbing punters of their purchasing power, and funding wars the public did not consent to or vote on. Bitcoin is an escape hatch that will help the average person maintain their financial and personal sovereignty into the future. I am delighted to see an Australian company who understands this and is focusing only on Bitcoin, not crypto. In addition, the app is very slick and user-friendly - it was an absolutely seamless experience to set up a profile and link a bank account. Would highly recommend.

The Amber team have created an excellent app for me to increase my bitcoin holdings. I’ve been able to setup some simple automatic transfers from my bank account to the Amber wallet along with some recurring BTC buys to get more bitcoin for the long term using dollar cost averaging (DCA). This app requires KYC. One feature that would be great to have in a future release is the ability to apply labels or tags to transactions at the time of execution (or post execution even) to enable retrospective review/analysis.

I had a few issues in linking and verifying my bank account. These guys worked tirelessly on resolving the issue, and consistently kept me up to date on where they were at with it. Turns out, there was nothing wrong their end, it was my issue with my bank (Operator Error). The app is so easy to use also. But for me, most importantly, the customer support is spot on. Customer support was prompt. I was able to book an appointment to actually talk with someone. The issue I had was resolved in a short amount of time, and some compensation was provided. Overall, my experience with AmberApp has been positive.

App is super easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. I'd really like to be able to switch between seeing Bitcoin price in AUD and USD, and also have it in dark mode. Other than that, great app.

App is a bit slow but their dev team are working hard on version 2 of the app to optimise the performance and usability. Experienced an issue recently where their app was down but I was assured it was just a small issue with their wholesale liquidity provider and was resolved quickly. Looking forward to to when they expand their support coverage. As an Amber Black user I am mostly happy but would be good if they can update their customers if any of their thresholds change for Bitcoin withdrawals. They recently changed their threshold from 2 million sats to 5 million sats so had to pay the bitcoin network fee where previously i didnt. Thanks Brian.

I started using Amber a few years ago. Great app and service . I've used most features , like Amber Black, schedules for stacking etc etc. ive moved AUD to BTC and back and have recently moved BTC from Amber to my hardware wallet. I feel I've tested the service end to end now. Can't fault it. Any time I've needed help I've sent a message on chat and have had someone come back to me with clear answers. Simple and user friendly app, backed up by good customer service.

Can't fault Amber's customer support team! I initially had a few small issues when using the app, but the support team were fantastic in helping - quick to respond, friendly and genuinely helpful. I was assisted mainly by Paul who was so diligent and responsive, highly recommend! I like that Amber is Bitcoin only too and you can very easily use the interface, deposit funds and set up a DCA :)
