For last several years, after being diagnosed with chronic illness, I have struggled to lose the weight I had gained because of how that illness affects my metabolism and because of the post exertional malaise that comes with that illness. It’s very difficult for me to do any physical activity. Prior to my illness I actively worked out with a personal trainer. This illness has taken a lot out of me and from me. I tried everything to lose the weight within my current physical capabilities and have always been mindful of what I put in my body. Nothing worked for me. I was disheartened to think that this might be my new normal. However, in August, 2024 I stumbled onto Amplified Wellness. I started their plan in September and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. They put me on a food plan designed especially for me. I won’t say it’s been easy especially realizing that some of the healthy foods I love might actually have been working against me. Seeing progress, almost daily, has kept me motivated to stay on the plan. The staff are so friendly and supportive. I don’t have much longer before I reach my goal and I am super happy to pull out clothes I haven’t been able to wear for quite a while. It’s like having a brand new wardrobe. I am very grateful to have found Amplified Wellness.

When I started my weight loss journey at Amplified Wellness, I wanted to lose weight with a healthier lifestyle. At my initial consultation with Dr Kelly, he provided me with a very honest take on my weight, and body composition. Dr Kelly explained how the Metabolic Balance program and LipoMelt sessions would complement each other to rid my body of toxins, improve gut function in addition to balancing my hormones and achieving weight loss. Since starting this program by following my personalized meal plan, I have lost weight, feel and look so much healthier. Dr. Kelly, Charlie and the team are amazing! My wife and I started this program a couple of months ago. In that short time, I lost 30 + pounds. I’ve struggled with my weight all my life regardless of how physically active I was and I’ve personally tried several programs but this is the first program that was based on your actual bloodwork and relied solely on food intake with no supplements, no snack bars or extras. This is truly a science and it works. I’ve been impressed by the reduction in my body size that was from the inside out.
