Well for sure there are many points which has to be improved but in general, the software is great and easy to understand. Many customization possibilities. And a good bargain with Tier 6, because of not being limited in user capacitiy (future-proof for growing businesses).

Looks Clean, Simple to use, guests access for external collaboration

The product is quite good. Almost there. My only issue right now is bandwidth and overall application sluggishness and occasional crash. I am standing by for some improvement in performance, after chatting with Supreet.

Anywhere is a great collaboration. We use it for our firm and recommend it to the for-profit firms and non-profit organizations that we work with. It's easy to learn and use. It is flexible to build what you need or you can start with the templates that they provide. It's a winner for keeping everything you need for your business, organization or department in one place. It's great for collaboration, project management, storing information that needs to be accessed repeatedly. I have even used it for several personal applications. It is my go-to tool.

I'm happy with this collaboration tool as it helps me to plan my project very effectively. There are so many great templates which I can use to help me to achieve different task in different goal, so that I won't get lost. Played around on a trial account for a few days, instantly found it easy to use, just the right balance of simplicity and complexity and overall it suited my workflow, something I can use for my main team management. For context, I have used all the big names, trello, clickup, Asana, and a few of the lesser know ones that have also been featured on here like flowlu, smarttast and all the others, notion, zenkit, quire, etc etc, the list goes on but in the end they all suffer from either having restrictive pricing models or too few or too many features that cripple their effectiveness.

We are getting our first experience for the first time a project management solutions so I have no comparison point, but what I can say is this… not only is the interface incredibly simple to use but the whole process is very intuitive! If you mix that with a superior sense of customer service and striving to hear and understand what the client needs… the result is a great piece of software! I appreciate all the help so far in getting the platform up an running and listening to our little nagging! Thanks and keep it up!

Good customer support, almost all features, and new features in the pipeline. Slightly slow and not smooth to operate but I guess the team is working on this part as well.

Supreet and his team's response is fantastic. Our team had a problem while using the app, they asked for help. Supreet got the issue resolved rather quickly. I wasn't aware of the issue and found remnants of the solution and panicked. I contacted Supreet on the weekend, thinking they are not going to be able to help until next week. I was surprised, Supreet got to it almost immediately, and addressed the problem. He updated me on what had happened. Man, I was thinking, this guy is really professional. Fantastic to work with. Je recherchais un outil qui m'aide à rester concentrer sur mes activités afin de respecter les dates limites et j'ai trouvé "monday" que j'ai testé et qui est génial, mais le seul bémol, c'est que vous devez payer l'adhésion mensuelle et ce n'est pas donné lorsque vous débutez à construire votre entreprise. Avec "AnyWhere", vous avez la possibilité de payer en 1 fois et je trouve que c'est génial. Ce que j'apprécie dans "Anywhere" c'est sa simplicité et sa facilité d'utilisation pour tout le monde. J'aime particulièrement les sous-boards, la plupart des outils de gestion de projet n'en ont pas, même si c'est une fonction simple. J'aime la vue en tableau et la possibilité d'ajouter un nombre illimité de colonnes. J'attends avec impatience les espaces de travail supplémentaires. L'automatisation illimitée des tableaux est assez impressionnante. Les bloqueurs et la section de décision dans les commentaires sont très utiles pour catégoriser les commentaires. Ce serait génial si nous pouvions créer nos propres sections/catégories de commentaires. Ce serait bien s'il y avait un conseil indépendant au niveau des décisions, des bloqueurs, des commentaires. L'éditeur de texte long et l'éditeur de commentaires devraient avoir plus d'options (par exemple ajouter des liens, changer la taille de la police, la couleur, etc. comme le petit éditeur mCE). Si les données des champs de la vue tableau s'affichaient également sur la page "tous les détails", cela aiderait à l'utilisation de la vue kanban et du graphique Gantt. Je suis très satisfaite de cet achat.

This is a very good project management tool Its a simpler version of monday.com but as effective. Its simple and easy for any one to use. I especially like the sub-boards, most project management tools don't have them, even though its a simple feature. I love the table view and the ability to add unlimited columns. Looking forward to the additional workspaces. Unlimited board automations is pretty awesome. The blockers and decision section in the comments is very helpful to categorize comments. it would be awesome if we could create our own comment sections/categories. It would be nice if there was an independent board level decision, blocker, comments. Very happy with this purchase.

I tried many other tools before and always seems that something is missing, but now i discover Anywhere and i really enjoy the tool and the features. I have some doubts and i talk with support that was awesome in answer an help me with all my doubts. So the app is great, work well have nice features and the support is great. That combination is all anyone need to do a great job! And take the business for other level of organization!

Anywhere is a solid Project Management app, one of the best I've worked with. Different projects need differing levels of complexity in terms of planning, and I think Anywhere hit the sweet spot, the Goldilock's zone if you will. Some PM apps don't have enough level of detail and often aren't much more than a glorified checklist. And other PM apps have too many levels and features, to the point where simply setting up a project almost requires a separate project management app to guide the process. Support has also been great. With the support chat only a click away on any page in the app, and quick response times, any of the issues I had to start out were resolved in a timely manner. I'm making Anywhere the app I use for personal projects, and I'm working to convince my boss that it would be perfect for us to use at work (we do product design and development, in case you were wondering).

Anywhere is stable with a quality build. I believe it can replace my Monday app soon. My 5 Tacos are given primarily to the support that responds swiftly to my feedback on the UI and the thoughtful features in the app. Due to personal preference, I hope this app can provide an option to reduce the transition effect as I feel overwhelmed and distracted if I’m using it to manage a project. For years I've managed my teams on different platforms and I couldn't find the right project and taskmanagement software. We've found it! If you are looking for a simple to use and agile project management tool, look no further. The way we can automate boards and systemize our primary processes in a 'monkey proof' way is great. Now I don't have to 'comment on comments' in my tasks, but I can use simple 'decision' an 'block' markers to get really fast to figure out where people are stuck and provide my team with the right solution. Anywhere helps me to manage my team of freelance professionals and employees and I now feel that I am in control of my business. Because it's a startup there are still some small bugs but the support team is really fast and every feedback is used to improve the system. I'm really glad I found this offer and will promote it to my customers as well.

Bought this to manage various client projects by using boards and automation. (We're in the consulting field, not software development). Really impressed. As mentioned by others, there's a nice screenshot walkthrough as soon as you open the account which explains things quickly. The boards are easy to set up and same goes for setting up automations. As tasks and projects are completed or changed, automated emails will get sent to clients or to internal team members. We'll also use automations to send progress reports to ourselves and to clients to keep us on track. We'll test it a little to find the ideal cadence for sending updates so maybe it will be daily, weekly, or something else depending on what clients prefer but it's easy to do. I think clients are really going to enjoy the regular, transparent updates. The dashboard snapshot is a handy extra for a quick overview too. Plenty more to use but very happy with my purchase.

I am a certified Smartsheet user and have been using Smartsheet for many years. I purchased one code to try Anywhere and I instantly fell in love with the simplistic user interface and the guided user experience. Anywhere is setting the gold standard for how software should be delivered for a positive end user experience. I had a few questions for which I hopped over to their website and received instant response from their team. I really enjoyed the guided tutorials within the application as well as emails with additional prompts and support. My favorite feature in the app is the ability to mark comments as decisions and blockers. This follows the natural follow of how conversations within a team occur while collaborating on a project. I just now bought this software after returning Jumpll. I am so impressed and quite happy with my purchase. This is the way software companies need to have it done. As I logged in there was a pop up video providing a clear overview of the software. Then there was a guided text tour showing me around on how to get started. I followed the tour and was led to setting up my first board. Next there was a pop-up video showing how to make changes on the newly created board. Slightly repetitive, but nevertheless valuable for someone like me who may forget some of the details before actually generating a creation. The ease and use of the software is outstanding. I particularly love the automation feature which allows sending messages and other tasks based on the triggers from other events, for execution. A huge time-saver! I'm looking at this software and wondering why there are so few reviews. Perhaps everyone already has a project management tool? it has everything I need plus more. If you don't have a project management tool, I invite you to check this one out. I have refunded about five to date, just after opening them. I know for sure this one is a keeper, unless something comes up that I missed. A breath of fresh air for the clarity in its use! , Jump in head first and I promise you that you won't regret it!

I'm not naturally the type that flocks to project management tools, and over the years, people working for me have tried to get me into different tools like Trello and Asana. None of those tools had worked for me. Many of my people preferred kanban, I prefer either GANTT or a table view. I've needed something that works for everyone. This one does and it's great. I love that it has so many different types of projects saved (we're mostly using the bug tracking and marketing strategy right now, but both are well designed, including their respective automations). It's like having years of experience already on staff. I see us becoming heavy users of this tool soon. I also like that it tracks discussions, allows issues to be raised as blockers, and records decisions. My team's reaction is important to me. I don't want to bother them with too many tools. They really liked this tool. It seems they learned it as quickly as I did, though there's a depth of features we're still learning to put to work. When I asked them for feedback, this was a typical response: "I think this is great tool to track developing of new features. I've closed couple of short tasks." What more could I want? This tool is perfect for the way in which we work and I greatly appreciate that it's here on Appsumo. I'm certain this will be one of the most used tools I buy here.

The UI is so simple and clean, I was wondering where are, its functionalities. That is when I reached the founder, Mr. Supreeth over a chat. I sent a request message at night around 12:34 AM, expecting a message from him the next day and was about to shut my Mac, suddenly I heard a notification sound, I got to see a reply by 12:35 AM, with in a minute. Then he guided me about a couple of things what I can do with the board and I also learned from him that, I can also create multiple boards as per my industry or scenarios, how I want my system to work. When I started creating my core scenarios, I was blown away that this simple UI looking software is capable enough to create very high complex requirements with ease and can have very good UX (user experience) and it's not at all difficult to create tasks for my team, this software is very simple to operate, read below what I have done as of now. 1. In-house Production Management, 2. Order Management, 3. Procurement Management, 4. Transit Management, 5. Outsource Manufacturing Management, and many more, off course, for the senior team, it goes without saying Now, my tailors or production team, who do not have time or knowledge to operate software, I can give this system directly to them for reporting their daily tasks or activities with ease. Can you just imagine a project management tool is now capable even to touch the bottom most categories! I have to say this, I have purchased many Project Management Tools from AppSumo but nun I use it, after months of operating them, always go back to Asana, which is still not reaching my requirements or scenarios as explained above.
