I have been taking lessons with Wesam for 9 months, and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say. I spoke no Arabic before starting lessons, and now I can converse with friends and Arabs I meet. The convenience of scheduling my own lessons (hybrid model) is something I also cannot rave enough about. I was able to consistently take these lessons even though I work full time. I am only stopping lessons because I'm going back to grad school. Wesam is a wonderful teacher, and an even more wonderful friend. She's patient, kind, and funny. It has only been a few months since I signed my son up for the children's course but it has been a wonderful experience so far. He is half Egyptian and my only wish is that I had found the Arab Academy sooner. His instructor Ms Hanaa Tharwat has been phenomenal since day one. So far Arab Academy has come to par for the online Arabic language classes which I have been taking for 6 months and my Arabic is getting better

I am a language lover. A native American English speaker, I teach high school French in the USA and have studied several other European languages, including Russian. Arabic is not easy. But Arab Academy makes learning Arabic manageable. The curriculum is available 24/7 and is solid. The speaking classes, which come packaged with subscriptions, are invaluable, taking the learner to the next level. They only real way to improve, as I see it, is for the Egyptian learner to go to Egypt. The curriculum, including the 1-1 speaking classes, and convenience of Arab Academy are top notch. But amazingly, the academy is also affordable. Even extra speaking classes are not too expensive. Other services offer 1-1 lessons with teachers, but they often cost more and lack the permanently available curriculum. I am currently studying Egyptian Arabic but after a year (or two) plan to add on Modern Standard Arabic. I also plan to take classes during trips to Egypt! If you want a way to learn Egyptian Arabic or Modern Standard Arabic from home and eventually when you visit Cairo, please consider Arab Academy. I think you'll find it worth your while.

I love my online classes! The teachers are extremely good! Very professional! The online material that comes with the course is excellent. The platform targets all skills: reading, listening, and writing. And with my teacher I correct my pronunciation. I highly recommend the Arab Academy!

My 13 year old son started with AA a couple of months back and he thoroughly enjoys and engaged with the course. He has tried other means of online learning but AA is by far the best. I like how flexible the learning is and how my son can learn independently. The games are great which helps reinforce the target language. Customer service is accessible and so easy to contact the tutors. We love it and highly recommend!

Since high school, I have always wanted to learn Arabic, but never found the opportunity to do so. I am now a working professional, so finding courses that I could fit into my schedule was really difficult. I tried Duolingo for about a year, but once I learned the alphabet, I didn't really feel like I was making a lot of progress in the language. There were never explanations for grammatical rules or where certain words should be placed in a sentence. This was all very frustrating for me so I began to look for an alternative, which is when I found Arab Academy. Arab Academy quickly proved to be a superior method for learning Arabic. The combination of asynchronous course material and one-on-one classes worked really well into my schedule and I felt like I was learning a lot more about the language. I started with the beginner course and really appreciated the time spent on grammar analysis and writing exercises. I have classes with Ms. Eman Salama every week and she is an amazing teacher! She is really patient, very encouraging, and very responsive to my questions even outside of our meeting times. Contacting Arab Academy is always a good experience as they respond quickly and are very helpful and respectful. As I progress through the courses the content being taught seems to overlap a little bit which I appreciate as it reinforces things I have already learned while also teaching many new things. I'd highly recommend taking courses at Arab Academy. I feel like I have learned a lot about Arab culture and the Arabic language. I'm excited to continue learning and practice when I can. I think this is one of the best ways to learn Arabic if you can't immerse yourself in an Arab setting.

Amazing course! I have tried multiple Arabic learning courses and this is by far the easiest and most comprehensive! The 1:1 teacher meeting is incredibly helpful and complimentary to the other material and Wesaam is amazing! 10/10 and cannot recommend enough!

I was studying for half year standard arabic in my country and the progress was very slow. After 6 months when I visited Arab country I was barely able to say anything. As I felt that I wasted my time, I switched to Arab Academy and after 4 months I can proudly say that I am able to communicate and understand some basics and that people around me are impressed with my knowledge. The customer service of the academy is amazing and fast responding, and the flexibility with timings and teachers is really good. I must say that my teacher Wesam Abulnour is one of the best teachers I've ever had and that she is sooo supportive and patient. With her one hour seems like one minute and I am honestly looking forward to each of our classes. This is literally my best investment in life and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering learning arabic.

I have completed MSA 100 with the Academy and have commenced 101. I live in the Australian bush, so I am completely reliant on the online courses and the work of the teachers to help me learn Arabic. The course material is excellent and the teachers I have had so far, particularly Mrs Noura Mohamed, have been simply outstanding. I have been studying with Arab Academy for two months and I could not be more satisfied! The course lessons are well structured and comprehensive of all parts of communication (writing, lexicon, grammar, speaking, listening). The most useful element of the program is one-to-one speaking class - If I had more time during the week, I would have purchased the package with 8 lessons per month! Hanaa is my teacher (you can choose the teacher you prefer every lesson) and she is absolutely great, patient and always try to make me speak!

I have been studying at the Arab Academy for five months, and so far, I love everything about it. The lessons are well planned, and the contents, including reading text, vocabulary, expressions, Arabic Grammar, listening, tests and writing composition, are excellent. I've learned Arabic with Arab Academy for a month and a half, and so far, I am very happy with the service and platform. The course material is great and it consists of articles on various topics, accompanied by a lot of exercises, which allows you to enrich your vocabulary in an easy and natural way. You can learn whenever you want, at your own pace, and what's great, each package consists of speaking lessons with native speakers as well. I have been a consumer of this educational site for 2+ years and it is very worth it. My Arabic teacher is incredibly nice and understands my learning type.
