Thank you Amy! Your online course has been terrific and so helpful and easy to follow. My resume certainly is more targeted to the audience, however the course also helped with further developing a network. Previously, I've only needed to rely on my network and a brief resume in finding a role locally and internationally.

Having been laid off while on an E3 visa, I was scrambling to secure a new job asap. My main blocker was finding companies who would be willing to sponsor the E3 visa and pitching it successfully to them. For anyone going through this process, you know how hard it can be to find a new role quickly. I felt as though I was going to have to work three times as hard to land just a few interviews and then “settle” for a role. This is where the Supercharge Your Search course came to the rescue! I found practical advice not only on pitching the visa, but also around finding companies who are already familiar with the E3 visa to where sponsorship wouldn’t be a barrier! I landed interviews with great companies and was actually excited for the career shift! It was also an awesome feeling to speak to companies about Australian talent in the US thanks to our visa, and how valuable we can be to their organization. The course has so many gems. I plan to review it a few more times and use it as I look to further my career in the US.

I found Amy‘s videos to be very helpful, they were short in length, but had a lot of useful information about resumes, referrals, and Visa information had I not know about this course I would never have succeeded in finding new contacts in California!
