This was an amazing course that I found super helpful and very digestible. I greatly enjoyed all of the resume tips and found Amy's search methodologies to be a major game changer, especially for targeting the right U.S companies. I'm feeling a lot more positive and optimistic about my search now that I've completed this course.

I was a bit lost before the course, but now I have clarity and know exactly what to do to engage with hiring managers and potential employers through referrals. I feel it's a matter of consistency and execution now. Without this course, it would be very unlikely for me to get the sponsorship I need. I also learned how to change the format of my resume so it aligns with what recruiters and hiring managers would expect. Again, without making these changes, I would have almost no chance of getting a job offer. Lastly, the advice on which roles to apply for is easily worth 50k+ at my level. It helped me find Aussies and it helped me find Americans who studied in Australia which was such a great ice breaker when reaching out cold seeking a referral. Literally every American I reached out to, using their Australian studies as an opener, loved their time in Australia.
