ASCF financial “ out of the Square” bridging loan Nov 23 saved our property in the 11 th hour from certain repocession from a unscrupulous lender ( who will for legal reasons remain unamed ) ASCF were quite reasonable when providing an extension to the loan , when the loan was to expire. We first saw this investment company on our google search in 2018, as we were looking for somewhere save to put the little bit of surplus funds that we had as we didn’t trust the banking system with their low rates. We called this company and explained that we were pensioners with just a little nest egg, and after talking to the gentleman at that stage I think one of the directors, felt as very confident in investing. We also checked with Centerlink who advised us to go with them , prior to investing at the beginning . We have always been made to feel very welcoming when dealing with all of the team and congratulate them on the success of their business. I was looking for a short-term loan to fund an owner-builder construction project and ASCF was the answer. Thanks to David Hui who had helped me with the loan. ASCF has Kingston & Partners represented its law firm, both are legit and professional. Their rates are higher than the traditional home loans via banks of course but if you need unsecured loans for short-term projects with your secured capitals, then ASCF is a much better choice (legit, professional & fair rates).
