I am working on the MS of the second book in my mystery series. The course both validated many of the decisions I had made about the series structure and fundamentals, and gave me some key tips for refining the series itself. The course facilitator was gracious enough to address some of my questions in an online email exchange. Good value for the experience.

I recommend AutoCrit and its academy whenever I get a chance. I'm a one-novel writer. (It was on my bucket list.) I didn't have any idea where to begin, but now I feel like an accomplished writer. Your courses are so useful, especially with demonstration. The instructors are knowledgeable, personable, and approachable. I use ALL the reports and they've helped tremendously.

Gareth isn't just a teacher, but is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about horror in narrative writing and filmmaking!

Clear yet in depth content. I liked the focus on mystery writing and the pace of the course.

The instructor is obviously well versed in the craft of writing; the structure of various Genre's, the pitfalls and how to avoid them, and the mechanics and formatting that will make for an enjoyable journey for a reader. 

I will certainly be taking more courses in the future as I grow as a writer and use the AutoCrit software to finish my Mystery Novel (hopefully a series), and as I develop the plot for a Young Adult novel/series I am working on. Thanks so much!

More classes like this would be great. I've been 'around' AutoCrit for a while, getting news letters, emails, video presentations, etc. and have enjoyed them immensely. 

This is my first class and I look forward to taking more, starting with 'Mystery Mind'.

Definitely recommend any AutoCrit classes. I've taken two and loved them.
