We’ve had a YouTube channel that we’ve been sporadically uploading to over the last two years, with no real purpose, focus or direction. In January 24 we attended a short marketing course that highlighted the benefits of YouTube as a marketing avenue that aligned with our current business model and plans. We were already releasing a regular podcast on specialist topics in the Manual Therapy and Movement Teacher Health&Fitness sector, with guest speakers from within the industry. Following the initial marketing course, we began uploading recordings of the podcast to YouTube although still without much understanding or focus. Unsurprisingly it didn’t gain much traction. Skip forward 6 months and we began working under the supervision of Ben Jacob-Smith, specifically focussed on growing the YouTube channel. We began learning a lot about how YouTube works and how to optimise the uploads as well as plan the process (i.e. not just release what we thought was good/interesting content, but using tools and research to design and create content centred around the viewer, topics and search engines). We then refocussed and worked hard to retrospectively ‘optimise’ our (previous) existing uploads to improve the SEO of our overall channel. Within three months of working with Ben Jacob-Smith, the channel is really starting to gain momentum as promised. Our most recent upload saw views up 2600% (from 100 to 2700) and watch time hours up 1700% (from 30 to 545) within one week of publishing it. It may be that it was in part due to particularly interesting content with a great guest speaker. However, it’s clear from the analytics that YouTube is recognising good quality and relevant content for viewers, as over 95% of the traffic is now coming from Browse Features and Suggested Videos (i.e. YT is promoting our videos to new viewers, more so than direct traffic/existing subscribers). This is undoubtedly the result of the work we’ve been doing with Ben Jacob-Smith, which has seen the channel stats grow views up by 785% and hours watched are up 745%. We hope this is not just an outlier video, however, it reflects great results nonetheless. It’s certainly true that these results have had an enormous compounding effect on the channel so future videos will immediately reach more viewers and we hope the channel continues to snowball and our following grows steadily. Without doubt Ben’s direction has made this substantial difference and we look forward to continued growth and expansion.

Incredible sales strategy from Ben! After a 10 minute chat with Ben my strategy was changed and solved! I had customers "ghosting" me and using excuses to bring up my competition. After a 10minute zoom chat with Ben my next two sales added up to £2500! My sales pitch has a much better success rate after 10 minutes with this genius! If you're thinking of using Ben, do it!

I’ve always thought I was good at sales until I listened to one of bens sessions. My god!!! This man is a god at sales techniques. I’ve only just started listening to his content. “Asking the right sales questions” is what I listened to. As we sell high ticket items (usually between £5.5K - £13k), we find that “price” is a barrier for some people. Whether it’s the figure or not enough value, there is definitely a barrier there. I had sent a price out and I was pretty certain that this wasn’t going to go anywhere. After doing so, I listened to one of Ben’s training and immediately booked in a follow-up call with my client. I implemented some sales questions and even attempted a “soft close” before closing the sale to see if they were ready or needed more value. Below and behold, they went straight ahead and placed a £6.5k order with us. Without this training, that client would’ve walked away from doing business with us. This is the FIRST video I’ve watched from bens vault of knowledge. I can’t wait to deep dive into more and shoot our sales through the roof! If you want sales training, Ben IS YOUR MAN!! !!Learn business from Ben!! (Trust me) Ben’s expertise in so many crucial areas of business is so evident. As I listen to him speak about branding, sales or even more vague but important concepts like mindset.

Here I can tell his advice applied into decisions will cause your business to take off and change your life. What takes it over the top is the authenticity & relatability in how he teaches.

Overall he is able to take all this knowledge and express in an understandable way. The gap between his wisdom and someone like me who has massive amounts to learn is still there but he teaches in a way where I can gain a lot of Knowledge.

What an incredible few days i have had being mentored by Ben. I have been running my electrical business for 12 years now and it’s time for me to level up and the only way to do it is to be coached/ mentored/ trained if you want the results to be fast and truly effective.

Effortless sales expertise with a focus on relationships. I've attended several training sessions with Ben, and what truly stands out to me is his ability to make sales seem effortless.
