The team has a magical workflow that helps the client (me in this case) help the team figure out what I am looking for, even if I am not able to adequately describe what I have in mind. I could tell they put in a lot of time, effort, and had many internal discussions because the creative results were exactly what I had in mind but had no idea how to articulate. Communication wise, spot on! For example, Rocky and I had calls where we popcorned ideas. There were regular updates (even when Rocky was out of town on vacation) that helped me know where the process was at.
