As someone who is completely new to this, I’ve learned so much in just a week through the live events. Mark and Noah gave me the confidence I needed to take action. The best thing about the program is that Mike and the entire team are doing what they say they are going to do! They are reachable and are helping you walk through the steps! I would say the best thing about the program is that there is a lot of information, support, and possibilities. I am just starting myself and while it does go by fairly quick in the initial stages, it is becoming more understandable. Everything takes time, so don’t rush, and don’t be afraid to make that worth your time. My biggest challenge would be myself, conquering many internalizations and personal life circumstances but everything is achievable as long as you keep one foot planted on the ground to take the next step.

The biggest thing that I’ve learned about this program is that you must change your mindset! Just know you have Admins like Bonnie who are there to support you, to deliver the 5- star service for you, your clients and the partnerships that you will build. It is so much easier when you know you have a team that has your back! It’s not so scary to get started. You have a wealth of knowledge just waiting for you to tap into. Just remember that you must do the work! The biggest challenge is certainly raising the capital to get started. It does take money to make money, but don’t let that be a show stopper. There are many ways to get creative, to raise the funds needed to close your first deal. And it all starts with changing your mindset.!

The best thing that I have found that stands out to me is the assistance or guidance of you will from the employees. Before starting this program, I struggled with my confidence in myself to succeed. It has helped me to improve my confidence in myself and allowed me to stand firm on my goals.

Live events are a must, love meeting all the team and members. It so much different when your there and get to learn from the team in person. We always have a great time. The team really helps build your confidence and get you motivated to get your journey started on the right path.

The best part of the program for me was the step by step handheld guidance through the program. I'm old, and don't really understand IT or computers. I don't have any experience in real estate, sales or property acquisition. Didn't need to! Mike and his team, especially Cheyenne, Mark and Bader, walked me through the acquisition process and basically did all of the work for me! Once u have a property, and u will, all u have to do is follow the blueprint using the videos, checklist and one on one advice from the mentoring zoom calls (6 a week) and you won't miss! I followed the blueprint and everything is falling into place! It's unbelievably easy!

One of the biggest things about this program is i am able to easily access them one way or another. I love how they go live and answer question that have you thinking and they make sure to have your back no matter the situation. Which for me is a big green flag because before i came across Mike I have always had a problem with who to talk to about this or that and never really talking to someone directly .But with Mike and his team its just different they are unfiltered and always telling you straight up what you need to hear no matter what, always making sure how you can build, strength, and progress in the future. They help me solve this issue by telling me which areas to go to and what to say and Shawna actually negotiating everything for me to get a better deal such as concessions like 1 to 3 months free rent and even lower rent. she is really the best and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible and really make sure you succeed with your business.
