What is the best thing about the program? For me, it’s the people. I’ve done enough things in life to know the difference between people who are selling you something and people who genuinely want to see you succeed. I just wanted to share some thoughts about the event I was at this weekend. My biggest takeaway was experiencing the incredible amount of support that’s out there. It’s so easy to lose sight of that when you're not around like-minded people on a similar path, but going to these events really renews my belief that this support is always there if I need it. It reminded me how important it is to stay connected and keep these people around. ​Hearing their stories showed me that they really have been right where I am at this stage, even though they're so much further along. They completely pinpointed the exact fear I’ve been having about watching the calendars, and how that caused me to freeze and stop moving forward after starting off at such a progressive, full-throttle speed. The best thing about the program is all the resources they provide to help you build your business. The best thing about the BNB Blueprint program has been the support and knowing that you’re not trying to figure everything out by yourself. Before joining the program, my biggest challenge was having all these ideas about getting into short-term rentals and corporate housing, but not really knowing how to put everything together, approach property owners, negotiate the deal, and actually get one across the finish line. The best thing about the program is that it is real and this will change your life. It has changed mind if you don’t make money here it’s because you’re doing something wrong so listen to what they tell you to do and follow that and if you do and you treat it like a real job, you will be wealthy. My biggest challenge was overcoming my negativity and not treating this like a real job. In other words once I set a structure and sat down in front of a computer and a phone and a pen and a calculator and a piece of paper and made calls until I did that nothing happened so if you’re not making money, it’s something you’re doing wrong so my biggest challenge was me Mike and the B&B team they have been fantastic. They answer every one of my questions they help me out when I need help I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to work with. Trust me if you’re here your life is about to change if you want to.

Well first and foremost I want to start off by thanking Mike. Thank you, brother, for giving me the chance to hop on board with your team. They are all honestly super nice and friendly. Paige has helped me so much throughout the whole process from talking to the LL to answering ANY questions I might have had. I just secured my first property that will generate me well over 7k-9k a month. I used to work two jobs, ups and FedEx, 17 hour days at times 6 days a week. Every coach, admin, and team member in this community are truly amazing and always willing to help! I would say the best thing about the program is that there is a lot of information, support, and possibilities. I am just starting myself and while it does go by fairly quick in the initial stages, it is becoming more understandable. Everything takes time, so don’t rush, and don’t be afraid to make that worth your time. My biggest challenge would be myself, conquering many internalizations and personal life circumstances but everything is achievable as long as you keep one foot planted on the ground to take the next step.
