Great information. I would say the best thing i've seen about the course is the explanation on property research, locations for hot markets, and explaining how verify properties. My biggest challenge was year end paperwork for the business I am currently running, handling employee, and client issues. I had to sit down and create time for the program.

One of the biggest things about this program is i am able to easily access them one way or another. I love how they go live and answer question that have you thinking and they make sure to have your back no matter the situation. Which for me is a big green flag because before i came across Mike I have always had a problem with who to talk to about this or that and never really talking to someone directly .But with Mike and his team its just different they are unfiltered and always telling you straight up what you need to hear no matter what, always making sure how you can build, strength, and progress in the future. The biggest challenge before joining my program was how to find properties and where exactly look for them and they make it very clear with Where are they target. They help me solve this issue by telling me which areas to go to and what to say and Shawna actually negotiating everything for me to get a better deal such as concessions like 1 to 3 months free rent and even lower rent. she is really the best and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible and really make sure you succeed with your business.
