We hired Carine for just three nights to help us out in the first week with our baby girl. She was such a treasure to find - patient, attentive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. The postpartum period is so raw and beautiful and it’s beyond helpful to have someone as a guide through all of the anxieties that come along with this life change. From the moment she walked through our door I felt more at ease and I highly encourage new mothers to ask for help during this period because it makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Of the million decisions I made around pregnancy and birth, working with Audrey Turgeman may have been the best one. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Audrey is a mother to all first time moms. She brings a calming, positive energy and deep knowledge of practices for providing support during pregnancy and postpartum. She is experienced in both medical and holistic practices - she advised me about what to expect during the day of my labor; the medical requests I could request of my doctor, and had recommended natural, holistic ways to cope with the challenges I've faced during my pregnancy and post partum journey (i.e. at-home exercises, acupuncture, prenatal massage). Audrey is responsive, open-minded, affirming and comforting. She was absolutely essential in ensuring that I was fully guided, coached and comforted during the birth of my daughter.

Hiring Maria for both the birth of our child and postpartum were the best decisions we made. Maria is super knowledgeable and was able to help us successfully prepare for our first baby. Throughout the whole process Maria was calm, understanding and nurturing.  I was in labor for almost 40 hours and Maria helped get me through, reassuring both my husband and I every step of the way. She helped us navigate our decisions in the hospital and was a great conduit with the hospital staff. Maria also helped us postpartum overnights. She helped us establish a schedule and patience with our newborn so that we could get the most optimal sleep. She also helped me navigate breastfeeding and pumping schedules.
