I love JoeTherapy on Instagram, so I pre-ordered his book and recently received it. I love having the book at my fingertips (guess I'm a little old school)! It is very well organized by body parts, so it's really easy to find the exact stretch you're looking for. The photos, cues and descriptions for each exercise make it very easy for anyone to follow along and perform the exercise properly. These stretches can help anyone, no matter your level of fitness, to be more flexible and generally feel better. Get this book now!!!

Absolutely stellar book and helped with the worst injury I of my life. So let me start by start by saying I’ve been following his account on Instagram for a few years. Some of the guides I’ve come across in his book I’ve seen on his IG but the book has is easier for me to consult and find things without searching or scrolling on my phone and needing to be in an area with good reception. So I had a awful injury in my back and I was desperate to finding solutions. I don’t believe in quick fixes. Joe Yoon has such a vast knowledge on the body and movement. His unlimited advice on stretches he gives out has helped me feel better, as well as move better day to day. This book puts a simple easy to use but very productive outlook on the stretches your body needs!

I follow Joe via Instagram and have utilized many of his stretches with great success. I highly recommend this comprehensive book because it has great photos and clear, concise instructions. I only wish the book had a spiral binding so it would lay flat when open to a particular stretch page .

Joe Therapy has written a great guide to improving your health and wellness through good stretching techniques. This book has full color diagrams and descriptions that explain the why's and how's for properly stretching each part of the body to reduce strain and improve flexibility.

Great details! Very helpful. Clear illustrations. I’ve followed Joe on Instagram and saved so many useful stretches on my profile. Not having to scroll and look for a particular movement or stretch is a blessing! This book has everything I need. I work in the dental field and sit all day at work, plus driving . My problem has always been hips, neck and back. Also wrists and shoulders. That’s a lot! And I also work out and lift weights. I value my job and this book will help me keep it while still enjoying my activities outside of the office. The book not only illustrates how a movement is safely and effectively done, it also explains how I can benefit from it (even when I didn’t think I needed to stretch or move that particular area). I’m a new personal trainer, I started following joe on ig and I greatly appreciate his work as I’m learning more and more everyday. This book was a great, easy read yet super informative. Stretching is super important to the human body, Joe breaks it down step by step, super clear giving the reader a routine they’ll do forever!

Having read through most of the beginning, I went through the whole book skimming the pages to see how the layout was, and this book does an amazing job with the photos and steps that I find it very easy to follow and read through. Worth the purchase for sure!
