I would definitely use Boxhub again. Ordering was easy and delivered on the date specified. The delivery driver Dave was awesome. I ordered a 40 foot container. It took sometime but he got it in place. Definitely a two thumbs up . If you need a container just remember. There are a lot of scams out there. They take your money and don't ever deliver. Boxhub maybe a couple hundred more. To me it was worth it not to have a headache. Thanks Boxhub !!!

We are very pleased with our BoxHub experience. The process was easy, and setting up delivery was a breeze. We worked with Steven J at BoxHub, Elizabeth set up delivery and Leon was our delivery driver. Everything went smoothly and the containers are exactly what Steven said they would be. Elizabeth gave us Leon's name when scheduling and he called us the evening before hand as promised. Leon maneuvered his truck on our challenging driveway/hill with grace and a smile, then dropped the containers exactly where we needed them.

Box hub fit the needs of my shipping container. The day before deliver there sub contractor called to cancel the delivery for the day scheduled. Called box hub and they worked hard to correct the issue and found a delivery contract for the day promised. Them fixing it seamlessly make me a very happy customer. The container is as promised air and water tight. I'd recommend box hub for your shipping container needs.

The container is in great shape with only the expected visual defects. the delivery driver was more than helpful and understanding with the weather. The service during the purchase was amazing answered all my questions and helped with scheduling conflicts. Was harder to get ahold of after the purchase when wanting to move delivery date due to weather but it all worked out great. I will use them again

An incredible experience. Bought and paid for my container. 5 business days later it was delivered as promised. What more could you ask for. A company that backs up what they say. Got the container here delivered on schedule and as described. Driver was AWESOME. Boxhub website is ok but A) I had problems accessing parts of the site, server errors. B) I never got any updates on my container BUT was subscribed to updates on ALL off their containers. Got notified for 2 weeks every time any container was scheduled, picked up, or delivered. C) my container was delivered and still shows not delivered. Fix your site guys! Nonetheless, got here on time and delivery was great, would buy from again.

Working with boxhub was a very easy experience. Hassan was very attentive and informative during the buying process and did a great deal to put any worries of mine to rest. The only part I didn't like was that I couldn't view the specific container that I was buying ahead of time.
The day before my delivery I was notified that their supplier didn't have a standard 40 wind and water tight unit ready, so they upgraded me to a high cube (9' tall instead of 8' tall) for free.
Unfortunately the day of the delivery, the delivery driver got stuck in traffic due to an accident on the freeway and was unable to make it that day. They kept me informed about what was going on and made mine the first delivery of the next day. The delivery driver was very professional and even took the time to show my son how the trailer worked. The delivery was even a great experience.
After the unit was delivered I had a few questions so I contacted customer support. I ended up speaking with Kiah. Kiah listened to my questions and was able to get answers very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with and super attentive to responding to emails back and forth. She was able to get my questions answered very quickly and I greatly appreciate her professionalism and happy demeanor/attitude. Thank you!

I shopped around for several days before opting to buy from Boxhub. As anyone, I was skeptical, but the online reviews made my final decision. The savings were substantial too. The delivery service from the driver was beyond exceptional! He set the containers up exactly as we wanted in the most professional way. He was concerned that we were happy with his service! We purchased two containers which were in excellent condition (one trip container). I am the owner of a winery & pizzeria, and I would 100% recommend Boxhub one trip containers and delivery service!!!

Wonderful experience purchasing my own container.
Delivery occurred a day late due to trailering problem, but was rescheduled for the next day, 1st time slot. This was well within the 3 day window on the delivery questionnaire.
The delivery driver was on the ball, placing it EXACTLY on the spot!
The only thing I had to do after delivery was lubricate the door hinges & handle mechanism.

I was instantly impressed by the order process, everything was professionally done, and you can even add all of your delivery details with pictures of your delivery site right on their webpage. Got a fair price, the service was excellent delivery was excellent, on time and exactly where I wanted it. Only complaint is that it took me an hour and a half to pry the doors open, hinges and latches are beat, bent and rusted shut, fixable but disappointing

My experience at Boxhub was great! Brittany was very patient with me during several calls as I was shopping and learning about shipping containers. I was a little timid to purchase a container site-unseen. Brittany answered my questions and Boxhub gave the best quote I received.
The 20' one-trip container arrived on time and exactly as advertised. My container is in excellent shape and the delivery went great. The truck driver did his best to put the container where I wanted it dropped and he worked hard to place it in the exact spot. I did have to move it about 1 foot after he left to get it straight, but I was expecting much more work. I pulled it to align it with two hand winches in about 20 minutes. The container itself is dent and rust free and the doors shut easily. I couldn't be happier.
These containers are not cheap, but they offer a great option to traditional sheds for storage at a fraction of the price for the same space. Not only that, but this thing is solid, watertight, and seems in vintage condition. "Nearly" new just as advertised. There were a couple of smudges and one 3 inch scrape in the wooden floor, but that is cosmetic only and not bad at all.
In short, I received exactly what was promised and it is better than I had hoped. My brother and I spent 4 hours today leveling the container and it is now ready for service, so expect some work to get it set up unless you just want to set it on a concrete pad that is completely level in both directions. Mine is setting on crossties over gravel. I am very satisfied with my purchase. My brother says he would get one if he had the space! I was told that the container might be blue, gray, or beige colored. I was hoping for anything but blue and mine is beige! I consider this a great purchase. Thanks Boxhub!

He has a high attention to details, he has a fast turnaround on all answers to questions and is very polite. The driver that delivered our unit was also very professional.

He walked me through ordering while driving a moving van, figured out a work around with a payment snafu, kept in contact, personally expedited my order...the 7 day lead time turned into the first of 3 40ft high cubes being delivered just 2 days later, (saving me from unloading a Uhaul twice) and even answered a text after hours when the main office was closed to solve a minor issue from home. The delivery driver Israel was excellent, too. My quote was lower than the 3 other companies I priced, sales wasn't pushy,
directions were clear, service was attentive and prompt, the container is just as described, and I couldn't be more delighted. I'll probably be ordering more, and 100% only from boxhub.

Can’t say enough about the driver. Called ahead of time and delivered precisely on time. Navigated a fairly tight cul-de-sac perfectly. Container was as advertised with no leaks. Would definitely purchase from them again!
