I decided to try NeurOptimal to help with insomnia and anxiety, and I’m really pleased with the results. I’m falling asleep much easier now, and my anxiety levels have noticeably decreased. The sessions have made a real difference for me. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

"I’ve been using it for a month now and I’ve lost, you know, almost 20 pounds just because I don’t stress eat so much…"

My experience with California neurofeedback was great. Better than I expected. Peter was always available to help when I needed it. I felt he genuinly cared about my wellbeing. He said I should see positive changes and I did. My first session was good. A family member helped me get set up. I was committed to doing as many sessions that I could. It took me some time to get set up. It was because of the wires that attach to the scalp and paste. They caused me a bit of anxiety, mainly at the beginning. That was the only thing that I didn't like. And I worried I may not of them placed in the correct zone. And mainly the wires reminded me of my aneurysm surgery. As wires and elecrodes were used on my head. The surgery was a traumatic event. I would rate it a five. But I based it a four, for the experience with the wires and the paste set. But after a few days, it was easier. For me, the session was visualy over stimulating. So I watched landscape videos with Bible scriptures, while listening to the neurofeedback audio. I was also able to read as well during the session. I meditated and thanked God for bringing me this far, through all my life challenges. I was able to go over all the negative events. Then I reminded myself how far I've come. And that through God I am so strong. And I meditated on my goals and aspirations. And that no matter how much of my life is left, I want to make every day count. And I want to be productive. After using the Neurofeedback program, I have better focus. My sleep is good. And the anxiety symptoms are improving. If I feel the anxiety coming on, I can cope better. It"s like my thoughts shift. I don't react to stress the same way. Before this program I was struggling, due to my physical health. It was weighing on me mentally. I was concerned that I would have to go on anxiety medication. I have suffered for years. Stemming from traumatic events, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents. And other painful life events. As well having a medical diagnosis that could be life thretening, if left untreated. All this has caused me great phycical, mental and emitional pain. But I am getting better. I don't over think things as much. I have returned to taking classes. And hope to return to my former career and intersts. I am hopeful and thankful, Jennifer C.
