I am excited to share some significant updates about my professional journey since the program ended last month: I have accepted a new role as CHRO at a 600 people global company. This is the role I envisioned in the career vision for 5-10 years from now! In parallel, I have also founded my own individual company and joined an executive coaching network to grow my business further. This dual focus has given me a broader perspective on my career, and it seems it's time to revisit my career vision and aim even higher!

Doing the work better than anyone worked...  until it didn’t. When new leadership arrived, I realized I wasn’t seen as ‘executive material,’ even while leading multiple departments.

Working with Maya shifted everything. I learned to reframe my story from ‘doer’ to enterprise risk mitigator, and to communicate in a way that connects with senior decision-makers.

My perspective has completely changed, and executives now actively seek my input on strategic issues.
