Fantastic piece by Paul, spot on about kinship being the real moat. He nailed what actually drives Hampton’s growth: connection and accountability, not just community. It’s rare to see someone unpack the business with that level of clarity. We built this for founders who needed what we needed ourselves, and it’s been incredible to shepherd it's growth.

Just read the Wynter Gravity Report. Indepth, intelligent, insightful, high-value and compelling. Peep Laja will surely be intrigued. Interesting to see what the Wynter business model will look like in a few years.

This is a very thorough / thoughtful analysis wow Paul Syng - can’t say all of my moves have been this methodical. Just taking things a few weeks at a time, getting new data, learning what works / what doesn’t.
