I decided to work with Mygene alongside my blood tests because I wanted to understand what my body actually needed — not just follow generic advice. From the start, Paloma was incredible. She really listened to what I was trying to achieve and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. I felt supported, not overwhelmed. As I have only just had my consultation and received the link to my reports, it’s a little hard to say anything about health improvements. However, going through the consultation, it has made me aware of potential issues for my health and opened my eyes around best practices going forward. Was good to see some of the things I have started doing in the previous few months was on track. Alannah was fantastic in delivering the consultation and very informative and knowledgeable about the information. Looking forward to implementing all these new supplements and foods to help me along my new health and wellness journey.
