Working with Coach Vic has been great for my son . Vic was able to evaluate and break down his swing and offer him concrete feedback. He offered instruction to develop his approach and timing resulting in consistent, solid swings. This has given him the confidence to understand how to make adjustments and ways that he can evaluate his own at bats using Vic’s methods. I have also used his methods as a basis for working with players that I coach. I would recommend Coach Vic to everyone from beginning rec players to experienced baseball players as they could all benefit from his training.

Coach Vic did an amazing job helping with my son, Kale’s confidence. One of kale’s struggles was becoming jumpy and his head was moving. But, mechanically his swing was very sound. After discussing with Vic, he was able to determine that minor adjustments would make a huge difference. We were able to work out the jumping, and focused on the right approach, while staying disciplined at the plate. My son seen immediate improvements and his confidence soared. I might add that we did this remotely from Missouri. It wasn’t as difficult as you think, because Vic was constantly asking for feedback and analyzing videos we would send. For us; being from Missouri, it was an easy decision to make once Vic shared his philosophy. We aligned immediately. For my son, who is a hands on kid, really took to the video analysis and it helped him recognize his opportunities to improve. Long story short, coach Vic will be my son’s hitting instructor as long as he plays. He’s honest, he’s a wealth of knowledge, and an excellent coach and man. Coach Vic is always looking for feedback so he can push to improve his program. Excellent to work with and, while it’s an investment, it’s an EFFECTIVE investment that will yield results. Lola needs a 360° approach in life and softball. She loves to problem solve, understand techniques, and values routine. Before working with Vic, my greatest mental struggle was having a plan when stepping into the box. I didn’t know how impactful the mental side of hitting was before coming to Vic so he helped me lay that foundation. Throughout the years, he has taught me how to breathe, make adjustments on fly, construct my approach, and so much more. He has really helped me breakdown everything to basics and build up from there. My favorite things about Vic’s coaching style is the way he simplifies everything and diagnoses issues quickly. I am Ella Kaneko and I have been with Coach Vic for about 4 months now. My greatest struggle before going to him was dropping my hands and trying too hard to hit the ball. Working with Coach Vic has really helped me overcome those struggles because he has always supported and gotten me through tough spots in my hitting and continued to help me. My name is Lola Hernandez and my greatest struggle is to stay in my back leg to provide more power. Coach Vic has helped me by giving me drills to work on at home that will help me overcome it. My favorite thing about the way he coaches is when he shows me videos of other athletes having the same approach as me. I think a power hitter would do best hitting with coach Vic because he coaches you on how you can gain more power with little adjustments. I recommend Coach Vic because he’s an amazing coach.

Working with coach Vic was an incredible experience. Before going to him i was stepping out, didn’t really know what to think when going into the box and i was constantly in my head overthinking. Coach Vic gave me drills and gave me an approach when going into the batters box. He helped me with more than i could’ve ever asked for. My daughter Maddie’s’ greatest mental hitting struggle was that she didn’t have a plan or approach, which really caused her to lose confidence and overthink and her performance became either hot or cold. Coach Victor’s efforts transformed Maddie’s approach at the plate and she’s back to excelling. A coach trainer during recent training mentioned to me that Maddie’s attitude is bulletproof, not getting too high or low over one mistake, error, bomb, or double play. This is really what coach victor was able to provide to us; objective and teachable lessons that will follow her whole career. Zero regrets investing to work with coach victor, I recommend him to other travel parents dealing with similar struggles.

Vic has been great working with my boys for the last two years. His wealth of knowledge and ability to work with young hitters has helped give them a strong hitting foundation. I found Coach Vic on Instagram about 2 1/2 years ago. I reached out to try and meet with him to talk about hitting. I had just started my pro career and found myself in a terrible funk. Vic volunteered to have a "quick " meeting to get a feel for where I could use the help. The "quick" conversation turned into a 2.5 hour long ,deep-dive where we went way more in-depth than I could've ever thought. I took notice of the way he cared for me as a player, (having just met me) but also cared about all the effort and work I'd previously done to get to this point in my career. He refused to let my struggles get in the way of the work that was already put in. I was fortunate to build more than a "coach-to-player " relationship with Vic. What separates him from other coaches is that he didn't have to convince me or tell me how much he cared, he showed it on Day 1. Since then, we talk almost every day and he's constantly working to help me improve every aspect of my game that he can. Coaches that are in your corner like that are few and far between. I recommend him to anyone who wants a coach with a personalized approach geared towards getting you or your athlete to where he/she needs to be, in the way that works best for the athlete. You won't regret it.
