1) I wanted to join the bootcamp to learn more about the world of coaching. I have yet to take the leap into the coaching world, but it is very intriguing to me. I follow a handful of coaches on LinkedIn, and your content has been very appealing to me. 2) I feel your honest and candid feedback has been the most valuable so far. I like how you just flat out say whether something will work or not instead of dancing around constructive criticism like some people do. It is great feedback that is valuable, and it saves time for those of us receiving the feedback so we do not waste time on something that is not important or something that will not resonate well with others. 3) I have enjoyed the live calls and discussions around niche statements. It has been very interesting to hear your perspective on how much thought goes into a couple sentences to be sure that it captures the attention of the target audience and potential clients! Overall, I am glad I signed up even though I’m not yet an active coach. The content is giving me lots to think about, and having the chance to work with a proven expert in the field has been great. I joined the Bootcamp after Alli was referred to me by a LinkedIn friend. I love her simple explanation of the landing page and how it should function. The workbook is a great strategy for working through ideas to refine my persona and brand.

Hello, my name is Vikram. I am a trained and certified coach since 2021. As I decided to scale my practice this year, I have been reaching out to many colleagues and acquaintances to tell them what I do as a Coach and hoping that some of them would jump to say they want to work with me. Sadly that hasn’t been the case and that started weighing on me if I was positioning my service correctly. It was quite a timing that I saw Alli’s Bootcamp announcement and I connected with her, sharing what was going on with me. Both of us felt there is a fit between my challenge and what she was trying to teach through the bootcamp and I took the plunge! What remains the most valuable takeaway from the 2 days of Bootcamp so far is one word – SPECIFICITY! Even before the bootcamp began and I was taking a shot at the Day 1 homework assignment of writing about my niche, it helped me uncover what exact problem I could actually solve for my clients (than solving everything for everyone). While my niche is still work in progress, I can clearly see from the discussions over 2 days how being specific about my target audience, the problem I can solve and the impact I can create for them is actually going to make them come to me to buy my services than I going to everyone and trying to sell. And I am going to put this out and test it as early as starting today. The bootcamp has brought a diverse set of coaches and it is great to receive and give support to the peers. I am glad Alli has established the private LinkedIn group for us to exchange ideas and continue to refine each other's work. Apart from this, my other favorite part of the bootcamp is the work on niche we are doing. I’m also looking forward to Day 3 on content creation as I have tons of ideas waiting in my notebook to see the light . Alli, thank you once again for putting this together!
