I felt rather lost and without a path. I had in some ways achieved my dream but didn’t feel happy. I found Abbie via The Goop podcast and after having a 30 min introduction call I felt like I found ”the one.” Abbie has a clear way of working and is honest and supportive. I wanted to work with Abbie to understand a new, more efficient way to get organized. I definitely learned that skill, however, I got so much more out of Visioning! She showed us how to release limiting beliefs and constantly encouraged everyone to “find the good.” As a meditation teacher, I know the importance of managing our minds, but Abbie teaches skills that help you organize thoughts and goals, as well as clearly process emotions. Amazing doesn't do justice for the work Abbie does. I feel like a completely new person for the better after working with her! I have more control over my thoughts and feelings and I've learned how to be kinder to myself. Abbie is all about tough love and asking the questions that get to the heart of the situation - the ones you're probably avoiding asking yourself because you may not like the answers. I wanted to learn how to stop being controlled by my thoughts, shift some habits with my relationships and find my confidence. Today I feel I’ve made a lot of progress. Now, after 4 months of 1:1 coaching, when I go into overwhelm, I don’t linger there. I use the tools, and I feel better. I am learning how to tolerate more discomfort to move through urges and break old habits. And it is really working! One of my goals was to get over my fear of flying and with Abbie’s help, I got on a plane, flew to another state and celebrated a friend's 60th birthday. I’ve taken several other flights since then and it has brought so much joy to me and my family. I can say confidently that I’m in a good place now thanks to coaching. My husband and daughter have commented on the change. It feels really, really good.
