I work in Product Operations for JustEat Takeaway.com. My Colab cohort supported me in growing as I've got to think where I am in my career and where I want to go, alongside frameworks and tools to get there. How the work is structured is great, as you get to interact with other colleagues across different industries and sizes of companies with different challenges.

John ran a great customer insights workshop. It was very engaging and it reminded me of some fundaments but also how to leverage my Product Owner skills, especially when it comes to understanding our customers and how utilise the data. Thank you John!

I loved Colab's Advanced Product Management course. The weekly in-person sessions were fantastic – meeting product managers from various backgrounds helped me put my startup experience into perspective and learn from others working in larger organisations. Honestly is a great course to get you going for a Product Management role, or even to understand the role of a PM. You're provided with the theory behind each aspect of the role, given a chance to practice it right there and then, and then you apply the learning to your product concept. The hardest part was deciding on a concept! Really enjoyed my cohort, and John was great at explaining everything, patiently asking all the questions, and tried to make us laugh ;P

🤯 Collaborative learning is underrated Back in March, the Advanced Product Management program with Colab Cohorts kicked off and WHAT A RIDE IT'S BEEN. Nothing could have properly prepared me for the deluge of learning, sharing and inspiring that has taken place with my cohort. Three key takeaways: ↳ Communicate, communicate – oh, and did I mention – communicate! Bring the team on your journey and align people on the product vision. ↳ Combine strategy and customer data to strengthen product prioritization and road mapping. ↳ True innovation comes from deeply understanding the customer's underserved needs – there's room for both User journey mapping and JTBD to provide insights to product teams. It's now time to apply them at my startup Jump!

AI for Product Manager course helped me think of how to embed AI into my work. On top of this, the course also talked about how to gain end users trust when adopting AI, which is something that a Product Manager should consider. I recommend for the people who wants to get better understanding of AI, this is the course.

Thank you very much to Stathis Eleftheriadis for sharing lots of insightful frameworks and considerations when identifying and building AI-driven opportunities. It was an awesome experience to connect with people from a wide range of industries (Agriculture, Media, Accounting, Conservation, Logistics) to ideate solutions that will drive internal efficiencies, reduce operational costs and create new revenue streams. As part of the course, I explored a GP Clinic patient pathways platform. Base functionalities included patient agenda capture and automating appointment triage and scheduling. A potential natural extension to HotDoc's core offering Emily Mason 💡

Just wrapped up the AI Product Management course by Colab Cohorts! Over the past few weeks, I’ve been diving deep into what it really takes to build AI-powered products—not just from a tech perspective, but from a product mindset that’s grounded in user value, experimentation, and quick building mindset. Here are a few things that really stuck with me: > AI ≠ Magic It’s easy to get caught up in the hype. But this course helped me focus on identifying real user problems where AI can create meaningful impact—not just cool demos. > Build → Test → Learn (Fast) We explored how to scope AI features, prototype quickly (even without code), and validate assumptions early. It’s all about reducing risk and learning fast. > Metrics Matter Success in AI isn’t just about accuracy—it’s about outcomes. I learned how to define the right metrics that align with user value and business goals. > Explainability AI isn’t neutral. We talked a lot about bias, transparency, and how to build responsibly—something I believe every PM needs to own.
