I work in Product Operations for JustEat Takeaway.com. My Colab cohort supported me in growing as I've got to think where I am in my career and where I want to go, alongside frameworks and tools to get there. How the work is structured is great, as you get to interact with other colleagues across different industries and sizes of companies with different challenges.

John ran a great customer insights workshop. It was very engaging and it reminded me of some fundaments but also how to leverage my Product Owner skills, especially when it comes to understanding our customers and how utilise the data. Thank you John!

I loved Colab's Advanced Product Management course. The weekly in-person sessions were fantastic – meeting product managers from various backgrounds helped me put my startup experience into perspective and learn from others working in larger organisations. The course structure was incredibly clear and practical, providing actionable tools and strategies for thinking through product strategy and effectively delivering business value. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone looking to level up their PM career.

As often discussed, leadership skills are rarely taught, so it was with excitement and a bit of trepidation that I started the leadership course at Colab Cohorts.

The 2 hour sessions flew by each week, with a great balance of information and practical exercises. We worked on these in breakout groups and then reconvened to discuss how each group approached different tasks and challenges.

This approach to learning gave us the opportunity to apply the learnings and consider how we’d approach challenges in different ways, also uncovering any questions or challenges in applying the theory immediately.

It also gave us the chance to meet and work with other product people, expanding both our knowledge and support network.

I would recommend any of the Colabs’ courses; having seen first hand the quality of the instruction and product leaders, and the ongoing support, you get more than just the initial course information. The ongoing mentoring, community and support opportunities are invaluable.

Honestly is a great course to get you going for a Product Management role, or even to understand the role of a PM. You're provided with the theory behind each aspect of the role, given a chance to practice it right there and then, and then you apply the learning to your product concept. The hardest part was deciding on a concept! Really enjoyed my cohort, and John was great at explaining everything, patiently asking all the questions, and tried to make us laugh ;P

🤯 Collaborative learning is underrated Back in March, the Advanced Product Management program with Colab Cohorts kicked off and WHAT A RIDE IT'S BEEN. Nothing could have properly prepared me for the deluge of learning, sharing and inspiring that has taken place with my cohort. Three key takeaways: ↳ Communicate, communicate – oh, and did I mention – communicate! Bring the team on your journey and align people on the product vision. ↳ Combine strategy and customer data to strengthen product prioritization and road mapping. ↳ True innovation comes from deeply understanding the customer's underserved needs – there's room for both User journey mapping and JTBD to provide insights to product teams. It's now time to apply them at my startup Jump!

AI for Product Manager course helped me think of how to embed AI into my work. On top of this, the course also talked about how to gain end users trust when adopting AI, which is something that a Product Manager should consider. I recommend for the people who wants to get better understanding of AI, this is the course.

Thank you very much to Stathis Eleftheriadis for sharing lots of insightful frameworks and considerations when identifying and building AI-driven opportunities. It was an awesome experience to connect with people from a wide range of industries (Agriculture, Media, Accounting, Conservation, Logistics) to ideate solutions that will drive internal efficiencies, reduce operational costs and create new revenue streams. As part of the course, I explored a GP Clinic patient pathways platform. Base functionalities included patient agenda capture and automating appointment triage and scheduling. A potential natural extension to HotDoc's core offering Emily Mason 💡

Just wrapped up the AI Product Management course by Colab Cohorts! Over the past few weeks, I’ve been diving deep into what it really takes to build AI-powered products—not just from a tech perspective, but from a product mindset that’s grounded in user value, experimentation, and quick building mindset. Here are a few things that really stuck with me: > AI ≠ Magic It’s easy to get caught up in the hype. But this course helped me focus on identifying real user problems where AI can create meaningful impact—not just cool demos. > Build → Test → Learn (Fast) We explored how to scope AI features, prototype quickly (even without code), and validate assumptions early. It’s all about reducing risk and learning fast. > Metrics Matter Success in AI isn’t just about accuracy—it’s about outcomes. I learned how to define the right metrics that align with user value and business goals. > Explainability AI isn’t neutral. We talked a lot about bias, transparency, and how to build responsibly—something I believe every PM needs to own. Big thanks to the Colab team and our instructor Stathis Eleftheriadis for creating such a practical, community-driven learning experience. 🙌 If you’re a PM curious about AI or looking to lead AI initiatives with confidence, I can’t recommend this course enough. Let’s connect if you’re exploring AI in your product work—I’d love to engage, learn your challenges and in general, swap notes!

I recently completed the Advanced Product Management Program led by Anesh from Colab Cohort, and it has been a truly valuable experience. This is the second Colab Cohort program I’ve completed, having also finished the Product Management Fundamentals in 2023. The program’s curriculum is well-structured, effectively bridging the gap between theory and real-world application. It provided practical tools and frameworks that I’ve been able to apply directly in my role as a Product Manager at Xplor Technologies. The program encouraged active participation and was highly collaborative, fostering interaction with product professionals from diverse backgrounds. This made the learning experience richer and more engaging. Overall, I highly recommend the Advanced Product Management Program by Colab Cohort to anyone looking to deepen their expertise and enhance their impact as a product leader. The insights, tools, and community I gained have already made a positive difference in my professional growth.

Taking Colab Cohorts’ Advanced Product Management course was a real inflection point for me. It reignited my confidence as a product leader and meaningfully expanded my toolkit. I gained fresh lenses for tackling product problems and picked up practical frameworks that are already shaping my day-to-day decisions. The cohort model made all the difference—learning alongside a diverse, motivated group sparked lively debates and pushed my thinking further. By the end of the course I felt genuinely energised, fizzing with fresh ideas. If you’re looking to sharpen your craft, swap insights with peers, and leave buzzing with inspiration, I can’t recommend this programme enough.

Product Management can be a lonely road — unless you're learning with others on the same path. I’ve just wrapped up the Advanced Product Management Cohort with Colab Cohorts — one of the most energising and practical learning experiences I’ve had in a while. Huge thanks to Anesh Budhabhai for leading such a thoughtful program, and to an incredible group of peers who made each session insightful and honest — especially Caroline Little, Ben Reyngoud, Gareth McMullin and Darren Neo, who I’m lucky to stay connected with here. Over 6 weeks, we covered: 📊 Strategy that drives real outcomes 🗺️ Prioritisation and roadmap execution 🧪 Experimentation that adds clarity, not chaos 🗣️ Leadership and communication that actually land 👉 Happy to chat about if you're considering levelling up.
