I tried two other teaching platforms before CCM, but never got off the ground. There are a lot of moving parts in online courses, and it was overwhelming. The CCM step-by-step videos are brilliant and clear, the tech support team are amazing, superfast, and use Loom for clear visuals (thanks Omer!). The software saves a lot of cost and hassle by integrating everything you need in one place and product - emails, CRM, assignments, student assessments, even a social media manager. There are also regular live training sessions and an inspiring international community, so you're not on your own while you develop your course, and can get feedback from people with expertise in other fields. I haven't regretted jumping to CCM - I wouldn't have completed my 10-module course without it. I highly recommend the platform and the exceptional team.

While it is still too early to provide my full experience with CCM, I can certainly provide positive feedback about my CCM support experience, particularly around building out my courses.
There are multiple layers of tech support, beginning with a fairly advanced AI support, then live chat support, then ticket support via email, then live Zoom support. I've experienced, and benefited from, all of them. I particularly appreciate the loom videos that chat and ticket support levels provide.
I found a real "rock star", Hania.R, in the ticket support division. She was excellent, in every way. She is a natural teacher, she has a clear and pleasant voice, and her tech support was always helpful. Beyond providing tech support, she also added in encouragement, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, the CCM support has been excellent. I recommend this resource to anyone building a course-based business.

I had an online course on Vimeo - terrible customer service and support. So I've been migrating my online courses to CCM. Now I'm in the pre-launch phase of my updated online course, and I've been using the "human" help chat almost daily to iron out the bugs and make sure all the connections are working. Man, there sure is a LOT of stuff to keep track of, but it is powerful. If it weren't for the support, CCM would fail because there are too many moving parts and too many ways to miss something important to kill a project or make it a dead end for customers trying to access a course or community. Hard to say, but customer support is crucial and you guys are providing it. I also like the fact that I can have everything all under one roof - websites, courses, communities, etc instead of having 50 different products all over the place trying to make them all work with each other. Support is the only thing keeping me going right now. I'm so new at all of this, and I'm totally overwhelmed. Every day I just force myself to grow and tackle all the hard stuff. I just chip away at something every day. So the support is great, and once you actually do learn how to make something work it's not too bad after that. It's still going to take me a while to get the hang of things, and even if I get really good at all of this, I don't think I could live without the support help. A chat helper named Ali really got some things checked off my to-do list for my pre-launch course. There's no way I could have done it without his help. I would recommend CCM to anyone serious about streamlining and growing their online business. I'm a "small fish" in the world of business, but CCM can help individuals like solo entrepreneurs and me have an affordable platform to grow on. Thanks guys!

I've bought live and online courses since 2006. I've learned a lot from the majority of them. I found a few disappointing. The promise of Content Creator is in their differentiation statement. Personally, I'm seeing and experiencing the uniqueness of this training. I'll focus on one thing for now. CC Machine. It combines all the tools an entrepreneur needs to build a successful business. Tools that in all other programs, even the great ones I've taken, you must buy separately. Examples: Email program, Appointment calendar, Project management system, CRM, Course hosting platform, Webpage builder. CC Machine offers them in one package. Also, a shout out to the tech support team. The other day, I read complaints in this community about the lack of real tech support. People could not get live help. I understand how someone might jump to that conclusion if they haven't patiently studied the platform. I did not locate the chat widget right away. Once I found it, I discovered that live help is really only a few minutes away. I've been chatting with tech support since Dec. 8 about a problem i was having connecting a domain that is hosted by Bluehost. I've gotten extensive help, including technicians making loom videos to explain things I didn't understand. This morning, they helped me solve my problem. That kind of support is rare and golden. My biggest takeaway is that the most challenging obstacle I face is my own non-supportive mind chatter.

I had an idea for a digital course that I'd been chewing on for a couple of years, but I think just the overwhelming idea of learning how to film, edit, upload, and manage an entire digital course with no experience whatsoever in this industry stopped me from taking any action towards it at all.
Now, to be honest, I'm not that much more technically capable after CCM, but that speaks to its power! It makes each step very manageable for someone with little to no experience.
I got a domain, set up an email, made a funnel, filmed and uploaded a course, created a community, learned to to create affiliates... All without really knowing how to do these originally. Each step was easy enough to follow, and any time I got stuck I was able to get the help I needed to move to the next step.
The best part about CCM is how beginner friendly it is. I have a functioning course right now, but there is so much more I'm able to do with it as I learn more.
Giving CCM a try is a great idea. If you have a course you're looking to build or a community to create, this is an incredible place to start!

I was trying to create a course on Teachable before CCM and it was an absolute nightmare and totally uninspiring. I had done a couple of CC courses and loved the team and feel very lucky I was on that first live call with Anthony where he introduced CCM. I jumped on the deal and have not regretted it. I haven’t yet launched but I’m days away and the CCM team have answered every question and helped me through every issue (not that there’s been many). Even though I feel I’ve worked very hard to get to this point, I know once launched the work of tweaking funnels and ads and learning to understand the analytics will be just as much work (let alone continuing to build the course and community) but I feel the CCM has my back. The resources they provide just keep coming and coming. They teach to under promise and over deliver and that’s exactly what they do!

The CCM team has worked hard to include all necessary steps, in detail, for setting up a course creation business from scratch on the platform. It took me one-eighth of the time to set up my business, compared to the timne it took setting one up on the other platforms. This is because of the combination of the platform simplicity and the team's guidance around using it. So much work is done for you, compared to other platforms, which I've used for other businesses. I had signed up to another community that had GHL behind the scenes. I've been coaching for over 20 years with clients coming via referral internationally. I Wanted to create a course that would expand access to my knowledge as my 1:1 is premium.
I got really confused and overwhelmed by the other solution. They made it all too big with all too much razzmatazz. I Spent a lot with them. They have put in a lot of resources but just made it too complicated as they are trying to support a very wide target market.
I've been transferring my coaching site to CCM from a number of solutions including hubspot and the other GHL Platform (Not straight forward) and now building the funnels for the prelaunch of one of many items in my value ladder map.
I've loved the sprint and community and REALLY love the platform training - its direct its no BS and simplifying it, making it mentally accessible to people that want to go down this path whether new or transfer from their existing platform.
I've still got to work through the 30DCC etc to build the course.
TO the newbie. Follow the training and search for the strategy and theory parts of the sprint - it cuts through all the BS - In fact I would say the Rant part of the Spring needs to be captured and tied to the more detailed training elements.

I can't say enough how incredible CCM is. Before I joined CCM I was using High Level through another agency, so I was really familiar with the platform and liked how it functioned.
I made the decision to leave them and join CCM because of the added tools you have that are specific to creating courses, and because of the great training videos you have. (Nice work, Dan!)
What I love that I didn't have before which made me want to switch over to CCM, is the Project Manager and all the templates you provide.
And here's an added bonus I didn't know before switching: Your customer service is top notch. Andres was great during my onboarding call, gave me tips on migrating all my stuff over from my previous GHL platform, and told me you guys could help with the migration.
That's when Yogesh entered the chat, and I was blown away by how outstanding he was at getting everything into CCM. I expected I was going to lose some stuff, which usually happens during migrations, but nope, it was all there. He even cleaned up some issues I was having with my contacts. Absolutely spectacular!
The course has been fantastic too. A little overwhelming, but in a good way. Everything I could need is in there. And even with some of the stuff I "already knew," there was intel in there I had no idea existed. Insane value.
I've already recommended CCM to several people, including one who is on the GHL platform I left, letting him know how much better CCM is, especially the support team. What I love that I didn't have before which made me want to switch over to CCM, is the Project Manager and all the templates you provide.
And here's an added bonus I didn't know before switching: Your customer service is top notch. Andres was great during my onboarding call, gave me tips on migrating all my stuff over from my previous GHL platform, and told me you guys could help with the migration.
That's when Yogesh entered the chat, and I was blown away by how outstanding he was at getting everything into CCM. I expected I was going to lose some stuff, which usually happens during migrations, but nope, it was all there. He even cleaned up some issues I was having with my contacts. Absolutely spectacular!
The course has been fantastic too. A little overwhelming, but in a good way. Everything I could need is in there. And even with some of the stuff I "already knew," there was intel in there I had no idea existed. Insane value.
I've already recommended CCM to several people, including one who is on the GHL platform I left, letting him know how much better CCM is, especially the support team. If you're thinking about creating a course, there is no better platform to be on than CCM. And even if you're not, and just need a marketing platform for funnels and contacts, CCM is the way to go.

1 - before CC Machine well I had no idea in which direction to go, what strategy to have, how to set up everything - and what even to set up.
2 - after joining I've launched my class, I've made the 250-2000eur funnel (took a while, hey), launched one ad on ig & fb and I'm currently learning about the YouTube ads and I'm starting to set up my email automation campaign.
3 - hmm, well, the fact that it's all in there, everything that I need, that it's well structured. I like the design of the website & the community looks so so so professional and cool. I love that I have the tutorials in order and I know exactly what I have to do next, that it's structured into phases, so my anxiety of having to do it all at once is lower :))
4 - i haven't interacted much in the community, really, because it is a lot to take in, to build, BUT what helped me a lot was to read the success stories - it kept me going when all was getting too much inside my brain. I'm sad I havent joined yet any of the monthly calls, but once I get it running a bit more, I'll be there for sure.
5 - If you wanna have support & structure in building your online business and have it all flow smoothly, then just go for it - 100% sure you won't regret learning from them.

I run my business on content creator MACHINE because, simply put, pound for pound it is the best bang for your buck. The amount of integrate software it includes makes for a super smooth workflow and an incredibly great price. I honestly do not know why everyone wouldn't hop on the MACHINE!
